I received the wrong item. Best Buy refused to refund my shipping cost. They gave me a very hard time about it. I had to squeak and squawk to all sorts of higher level managers. A very bad experience. If Best Buy needs 6 bucks that badly, I want nothing t dp with them again. This is the first and last time I will shop there. I only went there becuase a relative gave me a Best Buy Gift Card for Christmas. Horrible customer service experience. I am VERY displeased with Best Buy.

Well designed web site. Product information and reviews were helpful in making my purchase decision. Store I was originally to pick up my product from had computer trouble and I was unable to pick up my product. Employees at the store provided information in getting my order transfered to another local store. The online customer service representative was very friendly. I was able to pick up my product 10 minutes sooner than expected at the new store. Overall a very good shopping experience.

The convenience of online shopping with in-store pickup is great... no going to the store and finding the item is out of stock, no waiting for a sales person to find you another item, and no standing in check-out lines. I love it.

Quick, Easy, Accurate..... Loved the experience. The only thing that I didn't understand was the $50 credit if you bought the game Grand Theft IV.... I thought it would take $50 off the price, instead it sent a $50 gift card to the person I purchased the Xbox for. I guess I should have read the fine print more carefully... cause I would have preferred the $50 come back to me....

in short it would have been faster for me to call and check stock, drive in and pick the item up off of the shelf than to order online. I waited almost 2 hours for the email confirmation, and then had to wait in line at customer service just to hear that I needed to wait again because item was not behind the counter and needed to be brought from the back. Very dissatisfied. The point is to make it faster than walking in off of the street.

When I had to use the contact info to call them with a question they weren't very knowledgable. I wanted to know if the headset I chose would work with the phone I chose...they couldn't answer that. So I had to just order it to find out. I haven't had the opportunity to try it yet so hopefully it works. I'll be annoyed if I have to do a return because of their lack of knowledge.

Liked ability to shop on-line and pickup at store to save on shipping. Item was available at pickup location and pickup was quick. I did not notice that DVD case was warped until I got home. Looks like rubber band bound the case and bent it. I would have picked a different DVD case if I shopped the store first. Too much trouble to take back but I did check out stock while at store (before proceeding to pickup on-line order) and the 2 DVD sets that were on the shelf did not appear to have warped cases. I wish I would have checked condition of case but didn't think to because I was happy that I did not have to wait and that the transaction was going quickly. In short, I will be more careful in the future.

I was disapointed that I had to go to 2 different Best Buy stores to pick up my order. The stereo was at the Millerville location while the speakers were at the Bluebonnet location, both in Baton Rouge. When I called your customer service, she told me she couldn't do anything about it because that's how I purchased the merchandise on-line. Neither store had both items that I wanted. I don't understand why one of my items could not be moved to the other. I'm sure a truck goes from one to the other at some point in time. I purchase all my electronics from Best Buy. This was the 1st time I purchased on-line and did the pick-up myself to save the shipping cost of ~$20. Could you please revisit your policy on store transfers for the ease of your customers?

Bestbuy.com was laid out well, it provided all the relevant stats and information. I do wish they had explained the product service plan a little better, I probably would have bought the accidental damage protection, but all the site said was something like "3yr PSP - $$$" and I didn't even read about it until after the purchase was completed and I had no way of adding it online. But other then that minor issue, Best Buy had the product I wanted, at a great price.

Camcorder was confirmed, then backordered. I needed it sooner and tried to cancel my order, but the accessories for the order were shipped! Don't confirm and item you don't have, and don't ship the accessories if you don't have the item! Now I have to deal with returning tiems and getting refunded properly. It's annoying.

We saw an ad in Sundays paper for a monitor that we wanted. Could not get to Best Buy that day so we ordered it online for store pick-up. Received and e-mail the next morning that it was ready for pick-up. Then when time permitted went and picked it up. Could not get any easier. Since this was a limited quantity with great price we were able to get the product on our time schedule which was great.
