It was brilliant and I was very happy with my order however it said there would be free samples, a new catalogue and it did say while stocks last there was an offer of a free product that was not included. That was disappointing but the order was on time and nicely packaged so I would use the Benefit site again but will hope for the free stuff next time :)

I don't remember a rebate. I thought the pencil sharpener was overcharged on shipping. It was over 5$ to ship it and the item was only 4.I also ordered 2 items back to back, tried to combine them and I could't, so I paid over 10$ for the shipping of 2 small items in 2 different big boxes!!

I haven´t received the products yet so I can`t answer to the second question. I tried to make my order the day before and there was a problem at the website so I can`t and I lost the oportunity to receive a free High beam (with a promotion code) because the next day it was out of stock.

Benefit offers free shipping. I was charged for shipping. I have tried to call several times and received a recording about no accepting calls. Well, that is NOT good for business. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere.

I cannot buy woman seeking toner online, it always shows errors on this product when I am on the check out, so...I am wondering may be this is a liqud product?! For the international buyers, we alwasy need to wait for a long time in order to receive our products.
