I have always had great shopping experiences with this merchant and would definitely purchase from them again. In the past I have always added the given promo code to receive 2 free product samples. This time however, I did not-as I forgot and was disappointed! Who doesn't enjoy/like free samples. When I received the package, the 2 free product samples were in the box! I was so happy and thankful! And, that put this merchant on my A list!

I called customer service because I missed checking the free shipping. The C/S agent was very nice, spoke clearly and was so friendly that I was at once at ease! KUDOS! Yes I will continue to make purchases via the website. I think the service level is top notch! Thank you.

I received the goods very swiftly. i was told that they will arrive mid Dec, but they arrive just 1 week after my order! however, i selected the option to giftwrap 1 of the items as it is a xmas gift and it didnt come wrapped :( this is despite the fact that i paid for the giftwrap. this is the 2nd time i bought from Benefit. i love Benefit's products, and delivery services. however, the packing department needs to buck up cos both times either something was missing or in this case, the giftwrap. as it only cost USD$1, should I then request them to refund me?

The cap on the make-up I purchased was broken. I called Benefit immediately and they were going to send me another cap - i'm still waiting (it has been about 1 1/2 weeks)my make-up is starting to dry out. I might have reconsider purchasing Benefit online - hopefully, the cap will come before all of the makeup is dehydrated. slb

shipping was very slow, it's been nearly two weeks since I placed the order and still haven't received anything, including any communication as to the status of my order. I have ordered from benefit in the past and the response time was quicker.

Whilst I purchased this item on 14 October, I find an expected delivery date of 26 November rather slow. Also when I go in to track this item it only gives me the dispatch date, and not where it is in transit?

I have worn the complete line of Benefit Cosmetics for 2 years and just love the products. Usually, I purchase them at the local department store but because of time constraints, I decided to purchase on-line. Got free shipping, so that was definitely an incentive. Great service.

Excellent store, great products! As feedback: the link that is provided to track your order isn't realistis. Mine said that the product would be delivered at 6th of october, while I have already recieved the package. besides that: totally happy with everything.

there should be an inflated air pack in the pack. However, the pack is not inflated and so the items were not fully protected.
