I haven´t received the products yet so I can`t answer to the second question. I tried to make my order the day before and there was a problem at the website so I can`t and I lost the oportunity to receive a free High beam (with a promotion code) because the next day it was out of stock.

Benefit offers free shipping. I was charged for shipping. I have tried to call several times and received a recording about no accepting calls. Well, that is NOT good for business. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere.

The unexpected shipment really made us excited for further more purchase. The only unsatisfied things are the online delivery of information is not fast enough to track updated status, and package. However, we understood the slow updated information online. We felt a little bit disappointed about the messy internal package. No catalogue & messy display of cosmetics, like to tell us how hurry you?re to ship it. It?s well-known that Benefit products always are nice sophisticated packed to earn people affection. I have used BeneFit in the past, the only problem encountered is that my card was debited from Amazon.com and when I checked with Amazon.com they had no record of any order from me for the past six months, so was going to have my bank deny the charge. The bank put a watch on it and I did a daily watch also, after several days it finally changed to Benefit ... I called and talked with a young lady at Benefit and she said, that they get a lot of calls about that also! I believe that althought they are part of a team/business association via the web, that each should show a seperate billing on the credit card, because I almost had my bank cancel the charge. Please look into this type of transaction.

I wish customers were able to use more than one coupon code per order. I wish buh-buys were returnable. Otherwise, I love the product, the prices are reasonable, and the merchant offers good promotional deals. Will purchase from Benefit again.

I've always been able to find the products I needed at the Benefit Cosmetics website and have always been pleased with the products I have ordered. I also enjoy trying the product samples included in my shipment.

I will most definitely buy this brand again but will probably buy the products from Sephora or from the Benefit counter in Macy's. Sephora offers more samples and has quicker shipping and Macy's is just closer and convenient. I love the products I purchased and will try more products as I need them.

For the price, it's really competitive than the price in our local shop. But it's really cost a lot of time. I placed the order in 7th, Nov, but still havent got it today 26th, DEC. I hope the merchant could find some better way to solve this problem.
