The light fixture I ordered came defective. I need to return it, but I also ordered another at the same time which I am still waiting for. Bellacor needs a little time to get things figured out.

Shopping was relatively easy. Problem is, the products were not the quality I had expected. I learned my lesson...in order to get that for which I am really looking, I need to see the merchandise "up close and personal!"

I was worried that the crystal flowers would arrive shattered, but all all pieces were packed separately and arrived in perfect condition. NOte: Some assembly should be noted on the web site --but it's not a big deal. I would shop on=line at Bellacor again for the following 3 reasons: 1. The price was better than at the reatail lighting store. 2. The fixture came in perfect condition. 3. It was delivered on time. (although my delivery instructions were not followed: I asked to leave the package in the rear of the house under the portico. When I arrived home the package was at the front door and it was pouring raining. fortunatley the delivey driver thougth enough to cover the box with heavy plastic.

THe shipping time is WAY to long. These days, products purchased online take 24 hours to process and then shipped within a couple of days. In my case with Bellacor, this product's estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks for a lousy nightlight! And it's been almost two weeks and I haven't recieved any kind of followup email telling me the order has been processed or my order is ready to be shipped, etc.

The only problem I had was finding a set of fixtures that came in a complete group. I could find a chandellier and a island fixture but couldn't find matching pendent in the set. I finally had to pick a pendent from another group to complete my set. We have received our lights but have not yet installed the fixtures. We opened one of the boxes and were pleased with the quality. Over all we are pleased and would shop again with Bellacor.

Would like to have received emails as my order was shipped, etc. But when I did contact customer service, they were very prompt and helpful. My products were immaculately shipped and received very quickly. I am very satisfied with both the products and the prices and will recomment Bellacor to all my friends!

I ordered the lamps on January 30 and received them on March 18. The people at Bellacor were very responsive to my inquiries about when I might receive my order and said that if I had not received the order by March 16 to contact them. I was planning to contact them on Monday, March 21 but received the order late today.

My lamp was sent in two packages, the glass bulb cover, came first and the lamp portion was on back order. When I did not receive it after about three weeks, I e-mailed the company and it came a few days later. Also, the lamp went on sale shortly after I placed the order and I received it for half the original price--A pleasant surprise.

The shopping process was quite easy. Bellacor had a good selection of fixtures to choose from. Placing my order was quick and easy. Shipping was almost instantaneous--it seemed to take practically no time between the time I placed my order and when it arrived on my doorstep (they had the item I ordered in stock--I don't know how long it would have taken if the item had had to be made first).
