I was amazed by the price on these rugs. I had priced them in the city where I live and they were 3x the price, plus shipping and tax. They were exactly what I wanted, and we received them earlier than expected.

The site works very well, but has no tracking capability; however, I received my order much quicker then expected.
On another occassion they sent an email stating that you could use their shopping service, which meant and employee would try to help you find what you were looking for. I contacted them to get help putting together a track lighting system. Their employee told me that one part wasn't available which I had seen on their site. When I brouht it to her attention she got kurt with me in an email. I then sent another email to bring the issue to management's attention -- they have employees who are suppossed to help customers but don't know the product well enough so they are useless. The employee then apologized, but would not help me and refused to answer my emails.
Later on, I went to WAC lighting's site, read about their products and figured out what I needed to buy and placed my order -- that all went well.

I decided to go with Bellacor because they offered FREE SHIPPING....but I didn't expect the service to be as good as other eStores. Was I wrong! Bellacor exceeded my expectations in service AND quality as well as site-useability and check-out. Both lamps I ordered were clearly as good-a-quality as those I ordered from other high end, online stores (and paid twice as much for them). I'd go with Bellacor any day. Clearly, I'm satisfied with EVERYTHING this company offers its customers.

Promptly received the item that was ordered, but it was broken and we are still in the process of getting that resolved. Also received was an extra item, a large framed wall picture of a cat in a tree that was not ordered. Both items had to be returned.

I am very dissatisfied with shopping at Bellacor. I initially emailed customer service to see when we could expect our light, I didn't get a response. Then, I recieved the wrong light in the mail. Customer service said they would rush order the CORRECT one for us, and that was 10 days ago, we still haven't recieved the right light. This is a light for my baby girl's room and I wanted her room to be done in time for a party we were having at our house and would've been happy to recommend you to all of our friends and family that would be ooohing and ahhhing over the adorable chandelier in our daughter's room - and it will not be done in time. I will not shop at Bellacor again.

Initially, I was very pleased. When I realized I had ordered the wrong size duvet cover on 8/18, they cancelled that part of my order and said my account would be credited. However, my credit card statement shows no credit as of 8/24, and they did charge me for the new order on 8/18. Have not received any e-mails since 8/18, and assume the item will be shipped by 9/18.

I have ordered 2 items -- one was received very quickly after it said 6-8 weeks expected delivery. It was received in less than one week to my pleasant surprise. The other item (a glass computer desk) said it would ship in 10 days, and it's been almost 3 weeks and nothing has arrived. I was told it would ship last week, but it has not and no response from Bellacor. So, one for two thus far.
