Have ordered 3 times from Bellacor.
The first time I ordered a swag light fixture. When I rec'd it I realized it was going to be too small, so I returned the uninstalled light fixture in it's original packing and sent it back via UPS. I rec'd a prompt refund. I ordered twice from Bellacor after that. My experience all 3 times was positive and I will shop with them again. |

I purchased a wedding gift and this site was listed, with the Sea fern Platter specifically on their wishlist. There was NO PLACE to write or include a card of any kind or that WE were purchasing and sending the wedding gift. It's a gift for heaven sakes. HOW ELSE would the recipient know who the gift is FROM if you can't include a card? Also, apparently, it was either damaged or poor quality because the couple is returning it. I'm sorry I ordered from Bellacor. Besides which, there was no way to track the item. I had to contact Bellacor's customer service and INQUIRE whether or not the item had shipped yet, almost THREE weeks after ordering it. Bellacor needs much improvement!!

Ordered a light for my vanity, their website stated they had 10 in stock, received an e-mail stating the item would be shipped within 2 days. 8 days later I had still not received the item or tracking. I called to check the status and was told the item was on back order with a wait of a month and 1/2. They said they didn't know that till recently, and that they were going to inform me (when?). When I asked why their site said they had 10 in stock they said it must not have been updated. They told me my card had already been refunded. I checked my statement and it had not been. I sent them an e-mail asking for the refund, and did not even get a response. I just called again and they are still saying I was refunded. When I told the csr that this is ridiculous, she got an attitude with me. I'm doing a charge back with my credit card company. I also found the same light on 6 other sites, talked to 2 of them, and they said they have no wait to get them from the manufacturer.

I had to cancel my order the next day as I ordered the wrong color, then place the new order with the correct color. The phone operator was most pleasant and helpful.
Upon receiving my order I wasn't sure I ordered the correct size. Again the phone operator reassured me I could change it if needed.

after getting NOWHERE on another Reed and Barton site (including ph calls for a particular pattern they wereout of)there was no acknowledging response at all. I chose at random this site. The site was easy to read and easy to select (they had the pattern instock)and it arrived within a week.I was very happy with the experience and the price.

I received the lanterns and was pleased with their quality. Each had to be assembled but the assembly was easy to do. They are very durable and are very attractive. I was very pleased with them as they will be a nice addition to my patio and garden area.

Our new condo was furnished with relatively high-end fixtures we were unable to purchase locally. Bellacor not only offered what we needed at substantial savings, they had free shipping. We were unable to track the order, but it arrived in about 2 weeks, which absolutely floored us! We are very pleased, and will check Bellacor first should we need further bath/kitchen fixtures!

Ordered product was not shipped as the manufacturer did not have the item. Belcor was unaware and I had to call twice to find out. They should not advertise items as available. Our account was charged even before the item was shipped. It has supposedly been credited. I will check soon.

I've been wandering the stores for months trying to find an acceptable and reasonably priced floor lamp. I found Bellacor by accident on line one day. Not only did they have an unbelievable selection, the prices were below what I've found in the stores (Philadelphia PA area) and I didn't have to schlep the huge box from the store to my car, from the car to my house, into the patio and into the front door. It was sitting waiting for me when I arrived home from work! (big smile) I will definetely be ordering again from this site. The floor lamp is exactly what I'd been searching for and it looks great and works perfectly. Excellent selection, price, delivery. Color me HAPPY!

After a thorough search of the website, over several visits, I selected and paid for a light fixture for my bathroom, which is being renovated. Over a week later I received an email informing me that the fixture is back-ordered, with a predicted delivery of over two months. It shouldn't take THAT long to let me know it is going to take THAT long. Very disappointing. I either have to start over with the search at another site, or have a dark bathroom for two months.
