Beddingstyle.com is very horribly run and there is absolutely no customer support. I ordered bedding from them and the duvet/quilt was not as pictured and described (no embroidery, just plain white). I sent numerous emails and left a number of voice mails because I wanted to exchange it for the correct one. In the end, I cut my losses and shipped all the items back (pillow cases, fitted/flat sheets, etc) to wash my hands of this company. I would have waited for the exchange but wasn't given the opportunity because NO ONE RESPONDED. I want my $25 it cost to ship the order back. What a waste of money, patience and unnecessary stress. I would advise paying slightly more for good peace of mind and basic customer service.

AWFUL. Placed one order and it was received so I placed another. Only part of the order arrived and they will not answer any emails on status of the remaining items. When contacting by phone you get an answering service to place orders only. The girl said she could only take orders on the phone, not help with anything else. I tried tracking my order online and I got useless info. This is a SCAM.

There is no way to talk with a live person about your order and the girl I spoke too would not offer any help whatsoever. Save your money - Do Not Buy from Them. They Will Soon Be Out of Buiness!

the only issue I had was the actual packaging -- the bottom of the cardboard box was not even taped, just quarter folded -- turned it over and pulled - easy access. surprising

I wish you had the drapery panels to match the valances I still need to more panels, could you notify me if you get them? I loved working with your company, my only suggestion please list the dimensions of the valances that are on your site, I ordered one too many because I didn't know the size now I have to return one at my expense.

When one product was not shipped, customer service corrected the mistake immediately and sent follow up emails. Very impressed and quite satisfied by your level of customer service.

My order was confirmed, but no other shipping information or confirmation was sent for 5 days. Finally, order was cancelled by email with reason for part of order as no stock. I then ordered part of the original order as it seems to be in stock. Same thing happened. When I wrote of my disappointment, the answer came back with an apology saying they had been out of town and unable to respond to orders. Further, they said this item was old and they had no stock. This is no way to run a business as most of us who shop on internet expect orders to be processed promptly, including status of inventory. Fortunately, I was able to find it at another place that gave quick service and shipped on time. Revman/BeddingStyle was not at all reliable and I would not purchase another item from them even though their prices are quite good.

the product was very good quality and arrived in a timely manner but unfornately when we got it in our bedroom the style didn't work for us. We returned all items and received credit back on our credit card but were short $99.00 of the full amount. I have tried to contact you but haven't received any response back. Web site made it very difficult to get return instructions, return authorization number, and the instructions to be followed for return seemed to be designed to discourage returns. Everything worked out well for me, but I was a little nervous before I received my order. Mainly because after reading customer reviews, others that used beddingstyle had a hard time getting in contact with the company if there was a problem with the order. Some gave up and lost their money because they were never contacted after repeatedly trying to get someone at beddingstyle to handle their issue. I thought it was weird that there is no phone number to contact beddingstyle and you can only communicate with them through email. A phone number would definitely put a consumer at ease. I wouldn't use this site unless I am willing to take a gamble on my order being correct and therefore not needing to speak to customer service. Luckily, this was the case for me.

The shopping experience was easy. My only suggestion is that the product description should include all colors of the product. The photographs did not depict the true colors of Gwyneth. The comforter has a light yellow gingham border, yellowish-gold and light yellow flowers on a blue background. The bedskirt is light blue, dark blue, and white. The bedding turned out to be much prettier than I had anticipated.

The items were very poorly packed and it's a miracle that nothing was broken. One item never arrived. Their return process is very slow and cumbersome. Moreover, in one e-mail they indicated that I needed to pay for the return shipping, which I did, and then a few days later I got a UPS prepaid label via e-mail which would have saved me $20. They have beautiful things at good prices but the need to improve their shipping and handling.

I feel like I got the deal of the year at BeddingStyle on my purchase; I saved about $1000 on a Hilfiger bedding set. The order was processed quickly and correctly and arrived on time, in perfect condition. Definitely would shop them again.

I got exactly what I wanted, in about a week. I was worried I wouldn't get what I'd ordered at first because when the order was processed there was nothing to tell me how many days the order would take to ship. I went back to the site, through a link in my order confirmation e-mail, to the page tracking my order, and it said that the shipment was on time. I got what I ordered on the day that the tracking page said it was supposed to be shipped.
