I, got part of my order right away, the site said they shipped it all, but part was back ordered and the shipping slip said it would be shipped in 2 weeks, I didn't get them and I emiled them twice befor I got an answer.
I did finally get the rest of my order, last thursday.
I love the curtains, but not the service.

I placed my order and approximately a week later I recieved an email stating all items were shipped. I made repeated attempts at emails and then after recieving only one item I was informed via a phone call that one of the shower curtains were backordered, still never recieving the one that wasn't. I once again emailed telling the representative of the issue, I was then not responded to for several days once again being asked if they could substitute a different shower curtain , when in the previuos email I had stated which replacement one I wanted and still had not recieved the other shower curtain that was all ready paid for. I feel that the whole experience was poor and there was no follow through and misleading information was given right at the beginning of this transaction. As far as I'm concerned I should not had to pay for either shower curtain due to the inconvenience and I will most likely never use this site again. I will definitely inform my friends of the experience and hopefully they will stay away too and not have the same issues I had.

This will be my first and last experience shopping with bedbathstore. I recently placed two orders FOUR weeks ago. I received the first order last week and was unhappy with the product, so I returned it. I am still waiting for my second order that was supposed to be shipped within 4-7 days. Upon contacting customer service, the first and only person I spoke with was very rude!! (Probably because I wanted to return my order). Since then I have been trying to contact customer service regarding the second order that I placed and keep getting their voice mailbox saying that the person I need to talk to is unavailable. Left messages, but no return phone calls yet.
FYI, if youre ordering something that you will need in the near future you might want to shop somewhere else. |

I called twice and left messages and also sent 3 emails before customer services ever contacted me back. My order was recieved late by several weeks. Customer service contacted me by email only once to state that my order was to be shipped within the week. This was 3 weeks after my first attempt to contact them via email. (Then phone, email, phone, and finally email again over a 2 week period). Customer service for this company is non-existant nearly.

I am not used to merchants who do not make exchanges, which would allow me to save shipping charges on the second shipment. I am also not used to merchants who charge re-stocking fees. I was not pleased with the quality of the merchandise. And, the amount of time involved in receiving a credit is altogether too long and requires phone calls on my part.

This has been the worst on-line experience I have had. I ordered a twin comforter set which included a comforter, bedskirt and sham on May 16th. Shipment date showed two to three weeks. Cost $149.00 which was immediately deducted from my checking account. I received the comforter today July 15th. It took two months for them to finally send it and then they sent it without the bedskirt. I can't imagine how long its going to take to straighten that out. They do not answer the phones or respond to e-mails. I promise not to ever ever order from them again and would never recommend them to my worst enemy. I am just a little bit upset especially when I didn't receive the full order.

My shipment arrived in the stated 2-3 weeks. It was exactly 3 weeks. My issue is that I placed three calls to customer service requesting a call back and never received one. But I love the product. The web site did not state whether the produce was washable or dry clean only; I assumed it was dry clean only and it is, but that is information that should have been available on the website.
