I rec'd part of the order & liked the products so far. I am dissapointed that the rest of the order hasn't been received yet.

Dispite website stating products were in stock and would ship within 72 hours it has been 2 weeks and the products have not shipped. BedBathStore can not provide accurate information on when it will ship. They charged my credit card for merchandise that they do not have available. Customer Service is difficult to contact and they can't provide any information except that the order "should ship soon". Why can't they talk to their supplier and determine when they will have the product in? I can't rate product quality without receiving the items. Very disappointed. Will never order from this company again.

i HAVE YET RECIEVED MY PRODUCT AND i ORDERED BACK IN JULY THEY HAVE NOT UPDATED ME AND IF THEY CAN NOT GET THE PRODUCT THEN THEY SHOULD REFUND ME. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM

After I placed my order this company did not want to hear from me. A request for contact from them to address a problem went unanswered. Making a sale was the only aim of this on line merchant. I will definiely not be shopping with the BedBathStore.com again.

After payment was deducted from my paypal account I had to make many calls because I could not track my package. Then I received a call to substitute another item. when I expressed my need for the same type of item, a salesperson said they would call "within a half hour". That did not happen. I had to place a call two days later to the place of business to have a replacement sent . Between placing order on July 21, 2005 it has been 14 days and as of A ug. 4, 2005 and I have yet to receive it. I can only hope that the item is worth waiting for.

I placed my order July 14th... I got an e-mail the next day saying my order will be shipped in 2-3 days... I had to call July 27th to find out where my order was.... Come to find out..... one item is not in stock, and won't be for another 10 working days.... they did not bother to let me know or even send out the part of my order that was in stock. I planned on ordering about $200.00 worth of more items, but now. I am not sure....

I received my step trash can damaged on June 15th. I contacted Customer Service by email and phone using the "Contact Us" information from the BedBathStore.com web site. I did not receive responses to my three emails and the Customer Service number forced me to leave a message after pressing the hold for the next representative option quite a few times. I left messages with order details, order#, my phone number and so on, but never got a return call or response to any inquiry.

overall good -- contacted company by e-mail response good. Item that should have shipped was backordered. Delayed my installing curtains. Was not indicated as backorder when I ordered rods, or I would have gone somewhere else. Curtains all came as ordered satisfied.

I filled one out for Yahoo. I don't like having to get a return number, then having to pay shipping and restocking fee. Usually there is a return form in the package and you just fill it out and return. Of course you have to pay the shipping, but I have never paid a restocking fee. J.Brooks

They have a wide selection of curtains and drapes. However, part of my order was not in the box I received from UPS. Your e-mails are advising me that all of my order has been shipped. I am missing the Lisette curtains and valance. Please advise.

Very unsatisfied with their customer service. Still to this day, I haven't been able to get through on their 800# or gotten a response to my email. I still haven't received my merchandise.

Still have not received any of the stuff I ordered, it has been 3 weeks since I ordered - but they charged my credit card when I placed the order. No emails or contact from store. When I called (and finally got a hold of a person) I found out that over half my order is backordered and no time frame of when it will be shipped or back in stock. Would at least appreciate a quick email to tell me this. I also read reviews of this store after submitting a review and discovered that SEVERAL customers had the same complaint! I doubt I will shop here again, I will wait to see when and how my stuff is when/if I ever get it.

It took over 2 months to recieve the product, and when I tried to call, I had to leave messages which were not returned until the third or fourth time. Then They expllained there was a delay. They should have contacted me earlier to let me know...Very Dissapointed!!!

The drapes I received smelled like wet dog. I had to wash them twice and spray them with fabric refresher. Very upsetting!

I was impressed by the variety of products offered at this store, but I wish I could have seen the various products in all the available colors. There was an option to click on an image to see a bigger picture of the item, but you could only see it in one color.

I will never purchase anything from BedBathStore.com again. I was purchasing quite a large order of Quilt, sheets, decorative pillows from them. The email sight says that their orders are shipped in one to two days. The sale amounted to a few hundred dollars and when I received notifcation that the items would not be shipped for two to three weeks, which was much later than I wanted to recieve it. The sale was already on my master charge when I called the next day and requested the items be canceled because of the delay in shipment. I was told this could not be done the it was already being cut, and I said the no company cuts one item at a time. I told them repeatedly to cancel the order as it would arrive much later that I hoped for as I wanted it to be for a special occasion. The girl I talked to was not too knowledgeable and kept talking to someone else who was prompting her in giving me excuses on why they could not cancel the order. They were very rude and very nasty. My parting remarks were to cancel the order as I could not wait two to three weeks for delivery and that I would not accept the order from them. They also charge a ridiculous restocking fee for something that has not yet been manufactured! I would never attempt to buy from them again. I have bought many thing over the internet from Amazon, Scentiments and have nothing but good things to say from these experiences but I will never purchase from BEDandBATH again. I still do not know that the outcome of this will be but you can be sure I will pursue anything unsatisfactory from this company!!! E Shulak eshulak@comcast.net

I was upset that I couldn't cancel the order a few minutes after I purchased it via internet. Then in order for me to return it I had to mail it back with insurance and delivery confirmation. More $$ I just didn't want to spend.

I purchased shower curtains on 5-19-05. My account has been debited for the purchase amount, but I have not received any items as of June 2, 2005. I tried tracking my items, but was unsuccessful. After much searching on the internet I found the crome laundry sorter at bedbathstore.com. I liked this item particularly because it has a counter and overhead hanging bar, unlike many other laundry sorters. I purchased the order and then got an email saying it was being shipped. My next email said bedbathstore.com no longer carried the item and I would not be able to receive it. The linkage between the computer order and the wharehouse needs to be improved. I spent a lot of time looking for this item on the internet and was relieved to know it has been sent then to get an email reversing this. I then had to buy it from a competitor that had it in stock. I won't use bedbathstore.com again.
