The amount of time allocated for ground shipping is unreasonable. It shouldn't take 4-6 weeks to receive any item (and if it's out of stock, the merchant should say so). I am very happy with the merchant's website, product offerings and ease of use -- but the shipping is ridiculous. I paid for my item a month ago ($530) and probably won't receive it for another 2 weeks.

I was very satisfied with the products that I received. The only complaint I have is that I did not receive a couple of items and I emailed the store, but never received a response. I called and they had received my request and replaced the products but never emailed a response. But overall I was very happy with the product and the service.

I received the wrong color shower liner. I ordered clear, once I received my order over email, I notived the liner color was silver. I emailed the company back to tell them I ordered clear, not silver/grey and to make sure I received clear. I got no response from them.

Customer Service was excellent. Called and left a message. Unfortunately, nobody had gotten back to me in two days but, when I called, it was obvious they had investigated my order. My issued was resolved on the phone and my order came a week later. Very courteous and accommodating customer service.

I do not blame the merchant for the delay in shipment. These things are sometimes unavoidable. What I do fault the merchant for is charging my account weeks before the item shipped. This is unacceptable and not the practice of other online merchants I have dealt with. For this reason, I would not shop with this merchant again.

I placed my order on 4/7/06 and my credit card was billed shortly thereafter. On 4/11/06 I received an e-mail explaining that the merchandise is back-ordered and they were expecting a shipment over the next 7-10 business days. On 4/27/06 I placed a phone call to customer service asking about my merchandise and received a curt reply stating that they expected the order during the week of 5/1/06 and they would ship it to me when they received it.
Other merchants that I have done business with on-line did not bill my credit card until my order was shipped. Therefore, I will not do anymore business with this store.

I PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE OF CURTAINS. I DID NOT REALIZE IT WAS A FINAL SALE. SO NOW A GENTLEMAN NAMED MIKE EMAILS ME THAT HE WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN AT A 50% COST. SO NOW I AM STUCK WITH CURTAINS THAT DON'T FIT OR A LOSS OF MONEY AT 50% RESTOCK FEE. I THINK THAT IS TERRIBLE I COULD SEE A 25% RESTOCK BUT 50% IS OUTRAGEOUS.
