I am very pleased with the merchandise. However, the promised delivery date was not honored and tracking the order was difficult. After a phone call, communication was better.

The amount of time allocated for ground shipping is unreasonable. It shouldn't take 4-6 weeks to receive any item (and if it's out of stock, the merchant should say so). I am very happy with the merchant's website, product offerings and ease of use -- but the shipping is ridiculous. I paid for my item a month ago ($530) and probably won't receive it for another 2 weeks.

I received my shipment in three different shipments, several weeks ,in between, making it difficult ,for me to decorate my bathroom, I am still waiting on an item that wasn't shipped. I will call or email customer care tomorrow.

I was very satisfied with the products that I received. The only complaint I have is that I did not receive a couple of items and I emailed the store, but never received a response. I called and they had received my request and replaced the products but never emailed a response. But overall I was very happy with the product and the service.

Order Headboard march 4, still have not yet received it. Which is four weeks from the original delivery date. Customer service does not return calls. And im being charged finance charges on my credit card. The only good thing about this merchant is the web site is easy to shop on.

I received the wrong color shower liner. I ordered clear, once I received my order over email, I notived the liner color was silver. I emailed the company back to tell them I ordered clear, not silver/grey and to make sure I received clear. I got no response from them.

Customer Service was excellent. Called and left a message. Unfortunately, nobody had gotten back to me in two days but, when I called, it was obvious they had investigated my order. My issued was resolved on the phone and my order came a week later. Very courteous and accommodating customer service.

I do not blame the merchant for the delay in shipment. These things are sometimes unavoidable. What I do fault the merchant for is charging my account weeks before the item shipped. This is unacceptable and not the practice of other online merchants I have dealt with. For this reason, I would not shop with this merchant again.

The quality was good and what was expected. But the length of time was too long. The website states 2-3 weeks for shipment. I waited five weeks--then had to contact the company. Then it was shipped.

I placed my order on 4/7/06 and my credit card was billed shortly thereafter. On 4/11/06 I received an e-mail explaining that the merchandise is back-ordered and they were expecting a shipment over the next 7-10 business days. On 4/27/06 I placed a phone call to customer service asking about my merchandise and received a curt reply stating that they expected the order during the week of 5/1/06 and they would ship it to me when they received it. Other merchants that I have done business with on-line did not bill my credit card until my order was shipped. Therefore, I will not do anymore business with this store. Thank you for following-up on my purchase experience and for giving me an opportunity to tell you what happened.

I PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE OF CURTAINS. I DID NOT REALIZE IT WAS A FINAL SALE. SO NOW A GENTLEMAN NAMED MIKE EMAILS ME THAT HE WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN AT A 50% COST. SO NOW I AM STUCK WITH CURTAINS THAT DON'T FIT OR A LOSS OF MONEY AT 50% RESTOCK FEE. I THINK THAT IS TERRIBLE I COULD SEE A 25% RESTOCK BUT 50% IS OUTRAGEOUS.

The web site says your product will ship in 1 to 2 weeks. It's been almost 3 week and I have received nothing. I have e-mailed their customer service twice and they have not responded to either e-mail. Very un-happy!
