I have not found Bed and Bath to be a good experience. Indications were that items were readily available. Now after receiving one item ie the towel, the shipping invoice indicates a further delay of 1-2 weeks for the toaster cover. When ordering the items indicated shipping within 1-2 days.

This is an awful place to order from. Not only did it take 6 weeks to receive my order after having been told multiple times that my order would be shipped shortly, but I was not even given a credit or discount on the order. These people are useless and will be out of business soon, don't bother ordering anything from them.

Item was not as described on the web. It did not specify that it contains a PVC-liner, and not acrylic. Item smelled like a PVC-plastic shower curtain. At first, they would not allow free return shipping, until I explained that their on-line item description does not mention PVC-vinyl lining. Rather, it only mentions, "polyester-acrylic" panels. I am still awaiting credit to my card after more than 6 weeks since returning the product via "Standard Shipping US Postal". I will not order any thing more from this vendor.

I was very happy with the product I got even though it was not what I really wanted. The choice for bathroom window curtains was non-existant so I had to choose a kitchen curtain.
The kitchen curtains did not have a great choice for someone who likes simple. Most of the kitchen curtains were to busy or too frou frou.
I do like the curtains I got because of the price but will probably keep hunting for something more to my taste. BedBathStore had the best quantity to choose from. I will certainly come back when I want living room and bedroom drapes.

I really like your products, and the website is easy to locate merchandise. However I ordered 4 decorate pillows, at the time when I was making the purchase states: Ship within 2-3 days. It did not happened. After over a week, I sent an emai inquiryng my order status, after that I received an email notifying me that the pillows were not available. Usually when I make a purchase, if the item is not available the system automatically alert me. I understand they were not available, but I should be notified inmediately. What I expected from your store is to accomodate my order with something else similar due to such a late notification!
I was very disapointed.

I have been very impressed, I did a search for curtains for french doors and found your website. The selection was very good, reasonably priced and had the look that I had envisioned for my doors.
Placing the order was extremely easy, good user friendly website, easy to navigate. Order was placed after hours on a weekend and filled on Monday, how much better could you get! I appreciate the timeliness of getting the order out immediately to me. Even tho the initial order was slow arriving and broken when received, the moment I phoned customer service everything was handled in an efficient, courteous manner. I feel the initial delay and broken seat was not the fault of the merchant, but rather the delivery service. I received a replacement seat in record time and would not hesitate to recommend this merchant.

The curtains were perfect. Receiving them took 21 days, after the website said ships 2-3 days! I received an email from customer service 10 days after I placeed my order stating that one of the items was backordered, but they would ship in 4 - 7 days. I waited another 7 days and had to email customer service to inquire about my order. I received my order 2 business days later.

I ordered the Cheers dancing italian chef curtains. Wow! They are awesome! The internet does not do them much justice. I couldn't believe how nice they are. They are actually embroidered and not painted or just plain old printed fabric. I am so happy and these are the best that I have seen thus far. The quality is definately more than I expected. The only reasn why I am actually taking the time to comment is because I didn't expect such nice curtains via online and if anyone has any doubt, I hope this comment clarifies it all up for you. Also, I received them quickly. Overall, this company deserves an A+. I would definately order from them in the future and I will also spread the word so others can buy at ease and with confidence.

Only the bedskirts arrived. The shipping confirmation BedBath Store emailed indicated that all items had been shipped. Pillows never arrived. Several calls failed to resolve the problem. When I requested a credit for the items received, they did not refund my shipping costs. They indicated that the shipping was free and when I cancelled the item for which I waited 6 weeks and never received, the total came under the "free shipping" offer. Generally, the customer service is poor. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

I thought it was okay because I found what i was looking for - but it is over a week later, and because I inquired about the status of my order, I am just now being told it is not going to ship for another 4 to 7 days. This is not a good experience and i doubt I will shop there ever again and I will probably tell my friends to avoid it also. I am not happy that it took so long for me to find out the product wasn't available, and i'm very unhappy that I had to inquire to find out the information , that it wasn't automatically told to me when I placed the order. The money was taken out of my account the next day even though the product isn't available and hadn't even shipped yet. Usually the account isn't charged until the purchase has shipped. I am not happy with this experience at all and I know I will not shop with BedBathStore again.

Ordered a product recieved email that the manufacture was out of stock and would ship when they get some stock in. That was April of 2009 and I had to call to trace the order and when checked they had not shipped but had full stock of electric blankets... has to be a better way of checking your orders that they are fulfulled and not relying on the customer to remember if they recieve the order or not once you got paid.

I had to call them before I got an answer about my item. Then, I did get some info. I ordered my item on Aug 26, 2009 and still have not received it. Today is Sept. 16, 2009. I was promised the item in 1-2 weeks. This was the first time I used their site and will not use it again.

But, I was not real happy with the quality of the curtains. When I washed them I noticed while pressing that one hem came out of a swag. I had to fix the hem on a new pair of curtains.

My main complaint is that I was searching for 1-1/2" hangars, the website claimed that the hangars were 1-1/2", yet I received 1-1/4" hangars. The hangars are nice and functional, but I really wanted 1-1/2" hangars like the ones I already have. There is no reason for the website to make this type of mistake. For that reason, I rated them poor.

I haven't received my shipment yet, but if it's as great as my shopping experience, I will be thrilled. I had to call customer service to make sure the order was going by UPS because we don't have home delivery in my area. We have a PO Box. The UPS carrier made us up an address to use for online orders. I was concerned that it might be sent by FedEx. That carrier does not know us. Because the address is not an actual address, but one made up by UPS, when we get something from FedEx, it takes forever. Anyway, your representative was very courteous and when I sent my online order through, it gave me a $15.00 off coupon. I was so happy. My shipping was free and a $15.00 coupon. For what more could one ask? I'm sure I will be shopping at BedBath store again.
