My shipment arrived in the stated 2-3 weeks. It was exactly 3 weeks. My issue is that I placed three calls to customer service requesting a call back and never received one. But I love the product. The web site did not state whether the produce was washable or dry clean only; I assumed it was dry clean only and it is, but that is information that should have been available on the website.

The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I placed an order in May, it is now July and the item still has not even shipped yet. They were super quick to charge my card but two plus months later I still have nothing to show for it. When you call the customer service line all you get is a voice mail and of course they do not call you back. I have sent MULTIPLE emails to them and of course not one reply back. DO NOT shop at this place....unless you want someone to take your money and run.

It was my first time ordering from your company and I was a little leery especially when trying to make contact with your customer service - I'm sure reps were busy but a little difficult contacting cutomer service by phone. I was able to make contact with a service rep via email and she was very helpful in checking my status. Product was received as stated and I look forward to ordering again from your company! I ordered my product on May 16th, today is July 6th and I still have not received the merchandise. This is the worst experience I have had since I have been ordering over the internet. I will never order and again and definitely would not recommend it to my worse enemy. I plan to call today and see if I can cancel the order.

I called to change the color of one set of curtains prior it being shipped and I was told maybe which I then recieved the first color. Also the rods I ordered to go with the curtains was a complete waste of money. It was cheap and flimpsy and not strong enough to hold or most any other curtain.

BedBathStore sent me a confirmation letter saying that they would ship out my items in 2-3 days, as I did not pay for expedited service. Weeks went by, no order. I contacted them.. and they replied by trying to get me to switch to another product, never telling me that they had already charged my credit card for the first item. It is their policy to charge everyone's card whether they have the merchandise in stock or not. Then they wrote to me to tell me that tthere would be an additional 2-3 day wait before they issued a refund. If they need money, they can go to a bank and get a loan, they do not need me to provide working capital for their business by offering merchandise they do not have. I will never do business with them again. They are in the same class as the proverbial furniture store who takes your deposit, and declares bankfuptcy.

will NEVER do business with them again! their customer service is awful; I spent over 2 hrs on the phone on speed dial to cancel this order due to it being delayed. fortunately I pre-paid with PayPal & that transaction was easy to cancel. BUYER BEWARE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST; SHOP ELSWHERE!

They did not ship my items, it has been well over the time stated. Their customer service goes to a voice mail, even their e-mail says it is overloaded and will not accept any new e-mails. I believe they never had the merchandise and instead make a profit by "floating" money - since the full payment is charged at the time of placing the order. I have to find out who the correct regulatory agency is, but I will definitely follow up on this. I would NOT recommend this company.

I ordered 2 sets of the same curtains just two different colors and rods for both. One set of the curtains the color was darker and not what we expected. The rods are very flimsy and bent. The material for the curtains seemed to be a good quality the color is not what it appeared. I called 2 days after ordering and was told it maybe to late to change they would notify me by email. I am not happy with my purchase and would like a exchange or a refund or I will not be using or recommending your web site.
