The item was evidently backordered but I was never alerted to this fact. The tracking information kept indicating it would arrive in two days. I ordered it a month before a party. It finally arrived a week after the party. I will never use this merchant again and will warn others to stay away as well.

Stay away from this company. The website said the order would ship in 2-3 days but took over two weeks. An e-mail to customer service was not returned, and when I tried calling, I spent 30 minutes on hold only to be transferred to voicemail.

Horrible! I placed my order, my credit card was charged immediately and after two weeks I emailed to inquire about the status. I was told my order had been shipped. After another week, I emailed again about the status and was told that the package was in transit. After another week without receiving my order, I called and was disconnected several times and transferred to voicemail at least three times. Since the Order Entry department seems to be fully staffed I called that department and demanded to speak to a supervisor, at which time I was transferred to an actual customer service rep. I was told that they LIED to me. The item I ordered was discontinued and nothing had been shipped to me at any time.
I have never had such a poor online shopping experience. The service is horrible and their practices can only be described as fraudulent. |

I ordered 4 items. A bedspread described as "red" which turned out to be salmon, not red at all. A shower curtain with color missing in several spots, a kitchen rug that did not look like the photo and a couch throw that kind of looks like the photo. I will not order from here again. Returns are subject to a restocking fee, and apparantly defects have to be reported in 24 hours. I didn't open the package within 24 hours to notice the defects.
The quality on 3 of the 4 items appears really poor. It cost me almost as much to return the items as my credit will be. One item was clearance, so not even returnable. Their return policy stinks. |

I love BedBathStore!!! I liked the prices of the pillows that I bought. They feel very comfortable to sleep on. The quality of the product is very good and I really like that. What was stated to have been a 2-3 day shipping date ended up being 4 weeks. The customer service was not acceptable. I was on hold several on the phone forever, and finally, just hung up.My emails were not answered.
HOWEVER, when I finally received the merchandise, the quality was exceptional!!!!! I love the lace panels. They have FIRST rate merchandise. But due to the customer service(lack of) I have to admit, I would not shop there again.

It's quite a challenge to find twin bedding that doesn't look as though it were designed for a dorm room. When I surfed the web for such bedding, I found this item. The duvet cover was just what I was looking for at a price so low I'd have expected to see a defect, but it seems perfect. I ordered it on July 25 and it arrived exactly two weeks later, which seems an eminently reasonable delivery time frame.
Based on my experiences, I'd shop there again. |

Their site was easy to use and the curtains arrived in a timely manner. They've got a big selection of items, and their search engine lets you narrow the choices to the area that you're looking for (rather than having to look at every curtain and drape that they carry).

BBS said it would take 2-3 weeks for shipping AFTER I paid for my order. At 5 weeks I called to find out where my order was - they told me it had been back ordered, I received NO notice of this. Shortly thereafter I received my order. BBS made no offer to compensate me for this HUGE inconvenience. The product itself was poor quality, I sent it back (they say the refund will take 3 weeks! AND I learned I have to pay a 10% re-stocking fee. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE deal. I will not shop here EVER again!

I am most upset about my shopping experience. When I first started shopping your page said free shipping if my order was over $50.00 and the Code was Free4.
But when I placed my order it said I had to have over $89.99 to get free shipping. Very misleading and untruthful. I went ahead and ordered because I hadn't found that item anywhere else but I will not be ordering again from you. Don't feel I can trust you. And I feel you owe me the shipping costs. You wanted to know and that is how I feel! I ended up ordering by Phone but I didn't get any satisfaction from your representative either. |

I am very happy with the forest green wrap-around bedskirt -- easy to "install", and the quality seems to be very good. I had to iron it since it was very wrinkled, but that was to be expected. I would recommend this product to anyone. Thank you.

Original computerized comment said it would ship in 4-7 days. I emailed and called and emailed again for assistance to no avail. I did fianlly get an email after I took the previous survey and she said it was out of stock although the website didn't show that. I emailed to cancel and again to no avail. Finally a tracking number came through and I received the product.
The internet customer service is one of the worse.
I will not be back.

After not receiving my order for a month, I called and they said they had been waiting for the final item. The order arrived within a couple of days. I think if I had not called, it would never have gone out. Then I returned 2 of the items and waited a couple of weeks for the credit. When it hadn't arrived, I called and they said they would expedite the credit. Long story short, I've called and e-mailed half a dozen times and there's always another excuse.

After a week of phone calls, my order has finally shipped. Both items were in stock, and the money had been paid through my debit card at the point of purchase. The website said my purchase would be shipped in 2-3 days, but actually it was shipped on the eighth day. Twice I called during their work times and got a message to leave my phone number, which I didn't hear back from and I also sent an email, which I have not had answered,4 days ago. I talked to one service rep who promised to check on my purchase and call me back, who didn't. The over all customer service is terrible. I just hope their merchandise is better than their service.

Since I placed my order on July 7th and have not received it yet, I would have to say that your delivery speed leaves much to be desired. If I would have received an email letting me know that some of the items were on back order, I would not have been quiet as disgusted. Not only that, when I called several times to inquire about my order, my call was sent to a mailbox. Of course when I pressed "1" to place an order, I immediately got a real person. She informed me that since these items were coming from China, that they took awhile to receive. When I did leave a message on the mailbox recording, I never got a reply. I'm still wondering if I am ever really going to get a package from the BedBath Store. Generally the internet sites I order from do not bill my account until the order is shipped. Billing my account was the only aspect of this transaction that your company did with speed and accuracy.
