I was very pleased with the delivery speed and ease of online ordering from your company. However I am not pleased with the quality of the valances I ordered. The fabric is not what I expected nor is the color of the fringe. Please assist me in returning these items. Online credit would be fine also. I've had nothing but a positive experience shopping at BedBath Store Online Store. I love the bathroom ensemble and have received many compliments. My order was accurately filled and the delivery time was satisfactory. Even when one of the items was on backorder, it was finally filled in the stated timeframe. Order wasn't accurate and customer service leaves much to be desired. Service rep had a stinking attitude when queried about my order.
If you order from these people and they don't deliver exactly what you purchased, know that you will be subject to paying for return shipping PLUS a 10% "restocking fee" just to get the appropriate item shipped back to you. And they'll tell you in a rude NY accent: "That's our POLICY." ---- which I believe to be about the WORST explanation for anything these days. I will not be purchasing from this seller ever again. I will also recommend to others that you shop elsewhere. |

Some of the curtains I ordered were out of stock, she emailed a possible solution and then called to ensure what I thought I ordered was really what I wanted. I now do not trust this vendor and would NOT recommend that anyone orders through this site.
Delivery speed is non-existent. Order had been place on the 9 Nov and by 19 Nov I still had NO product, no order status updates and no phone calls notifying me of a possible delay in shipment. Deliver date was communicated at 4-7 days. It is now 10 and no sign of a shipment headed my way and the holdiays are coming. Completely unacceptable service, if I could cancel my order without penalty I would. |

I ordered a comforter set on October 22. On the description page it said it would ship in 2-3 days. When I finished the order, I noticed that it said my order would ship in 1-2 weeks. I was upset, but figured that I had failed to notice the change during the checkout process. Well it is now Nov 15 and my order STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED! If I check the status online, it still says it will ship in 1-2 weeks. I emailed customer service a week ago and they did reply to my question. The reply simply said that they have not yet received the item. No mention of when it would ship and no "we're sorry" or anything to acknowledge that they are very late. My overall satisfaction is zero. I will never order from this site again. Oh, and needless to say, they charged my credit card on October 22.

I ordered a shower curtain over 2 weeks ago and it is just now being shipped. That is, after I contacted the seller 2 times. I will not shop there again... I spent over 35.00 for this shower curtain and we are building a new home and I thought since most online orders are very fast in shipping this would be the same. But, not so. The person I contacted at BedBathStore told me she would have to get with the manufacture, that is where it was shipping from. I don't know if she was a thrid party or what. But, this is the slowest order I have ever placed with anyone. |

On November 9th I order two sets of Country Patch Ruffled Tier and Swag curtains for my kitchen and by November 13th I had my order. They were just as I expected them to be. The colors, designs and quality of the curtains are very good and I love them. It did take me awhile to find the curtains I wanted due to the selection variaty they had. My order went right through on the computer with no trouble, they also responded back very rapidly with a response to my order which was very polite so I did not have to talk to the customer service department. I would be more than happy to order again from BedBath in the future as the need may rise. I would also recommend them to others. Thank you very much for the fast service.

I never have written a company before because I never had to. I will never shop with bedbathstore again.I ordered curtains on October 26 and was told I would recieve the curtains in 1-2 weeks.On November 10 I called to find out the status of the delievery and was told the curtains are on 3-4 week back order.They had no problem taking the $90.97 from my account on October 28. I was never contacted about the back order so now for my party this Saturday there will be no curtains in the family room that I just had done over.I will be happy to tell anyone who asks why there are no curtains on the windows not to shop with you..I am furious. Horrifying. This can't possibly be a legitimate business. Are these a handful of people operating out of a storage unit or something? I never received an email saying my items were on backorder, I never received a shipping confirmation, and I can no longer get a person on the phone -- just a voicemail. The first time I called and found out about the backordering the girl on the phone was clearly trying to get the conversation to end because she couldn't give me any answers. I obviously will never receive what I ordered.

Had looked everywhere for the bath rugs I wanted to match my bathroom. It seems not many manufacturers carry a shade of rose (or pink) to match the curtains I have. Your site was very easy to navigate and find what I wanted - and at a reasonable price. I am planning on changing my bedroom and when I do, I definitely go to the BedBathStore website and also recommend it to my daughter, who is building a new home.

I'am disatisfied with this company. I ordered some curtains and never recieved a email or shipping notification from them. After a week of not hearing from them I sent them a email and they responded that one of the things I ordered was on back order. Poor communication. If my product doesn't come by the end of the week I will be cancelling it.

Beware of the return process. I returned a portion of my order more than a month ago and still haven't received my refund. The color swatches and photos on the site are small and difficult to assess. The color of the actual product was very different than I expected (hence the return)

Love the product but HATE the turn around time. I have purchased a few items for this site, loved what I bought, but it takes too long. Much longer than other sites. This time around was 2 weeks. That is almost unacceptable. When, I find things I like at Bedbathstore, I always google it to see if someone else carries that same item all because of the slow shipping.
