I am very unhappy. I only recieved one item of my four part order and I have been charged and cannot get anyone to check into it and send me the remainder of the order or reimburse me. I have notified my bank and called you numerous times as well as emailed to no avail. I thought of contacting the owners and If I can get enough information on them to reach them I will. They should know that the customer service is terrible and limited as to what they can do to help in concerned matters. I ordered sheets and comforters and a bedskirt and all I got was the sheets even though it says it was deliverd, it could not all have fit in a tiny box you ship sheets in. I guess I will have to chalk this expierence up as a total loss but you have a lost a good customer. I am in the process of redecorating my entire new home and I will never use your company again. My order number is 425691 and I ordered it on August 1st, 2009. With service like this and the economy being so bad I don't see how you being or staying in business much longer and I will blog about this company and how I was ripped off relentlessly until my order is delivered.
