Non-existant Customer Service!!! Order was incomplete. After 11 days leaving messages, no reply from BedBathStore.

Summary: started good, ended BADLY!!! I found exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. The items arrived within a reasonable amount of time. HOWEVER, the order was INCOMPLETE. (All paperwork showed the order would arrive completely filled in one box. No mention of separate shipping nor backorders.) Because the order arrived on a Saturday (6/27/09) and the Customer Service phone line was closed, I was only able to leave an email on the Customer Service area of their Web site. On the following Monday and Tuesday (6/29 and 6/30/09), I called Customer Service and left voice mails with both the Customer Service and the Operator extensions. Each time, I left my order #, invoice #, and contact information. No one called me back nor did I receive any email. Giving the "benefit of the doubt" that they might be closed for July 4th week, I waited until Monday, 7/6/09 to call and again leave voice mails. Ditto that on Tuesday, 7/7/09. No response. When I tried the Retail Store extension, I got a "live" person who said she could transfer my call. After waiting 13 (yes, THIRTEEN!) minutes on hold, the call finally went to yet another voice mail box. Maybe I will yet be contacted by BedBathStore, but I am doubtful.
