This is my second time purchasing at Beauty bridge,for the first time I'm really impressed of the fast delivery of the items..but the second time I have to say that I'm quite disappointed since I ordered for the product and it took 1 week for them to process my order..I writed to ask the customer service for 3 times but there was no answer from them...Overall is satisfied...

Beauty Bridge has great product selection, quality customer service, free shipping that you could not the fastest delivery too. Hassle-free online experience, their policy is make things easy, i will be shopping here again...

There prices are good and their shipping is free, but it is a bit inconvenient to order Bare Minerals products from them because you must call them to place the order (or be sent a link to pay online after you've placed the order). This wastes another day or two in the processing of your order. If you order from QVC or Bare Escentuals you can order and pay online. This was my only original only complaint about them, but after posting a review that explained my "slight dissatisfaction" I received four extremely rude and harassing emails from a member of their "Website Privacy" department. I called and called trying to discuss the matter with a supervisor but was always given a brush-off because the only people who answer the phones are from call centers around the nation. Because of this, I will spend a couple bucks more next time and order my Bare Minerals products from someone else and avoid the horrible customer service at Beauty Bridge.
