Easy to use website. There were cheaper alternatives but I questioned the quality of the products offered by competitors. Cheaper is not always better. Order was processed and shipped in less than 48 hours including Sunday. Very pleased.

Beach Audio was one of the few places to possess what I was looking for. The ordering process was simple and quick, eliminating the frustration of wondering about prices, delivery and condition of the item. The item arrived at the time it was suppose to in excellent condition. I would shop here again.

Excellent service,easy on line shopping and delivered what the promised, when they promised and exactly what I wanted. No better service than this in a very long time.The only thing I hate is this survey asking me to answer a question that does not apply. Number 6 aand 8 do not apply to me. I ordered and paid for some speaker adapters on March 31st. 
The e-mail stated that my prodict shipped that same day. 
USPS says it didn't ship until April 7th.  I still do not have my adapters.
Look, if I am paying for shipping, then I expect it to arrive in a timely manner.  Shipping something USPS is a joke for a major company.  At LEAST, ship it priority mail if you insist on using USPS.  I am not satisfied at all.  If you want someting from this company, be prepared to wait a LONG time to get it.

I will start off with the bads then  the goods:  I ordered an Azden 221HT wireless microphone system a month or so ago.  I received just the base Azden 221R only, which was not the complete system with the microphones that I ordered.

I contacted them and they issued a return label by email to ship back by UPS.  I did that.  Instead of asking for a refund I had requested a re-shipment of the correct product.

I received the replacement product today and it turned out to be the exactly same wrong item shipped to me the first time.  I now have to go through the hassle of shipping this back again.  They will not get a third chance. 

The goods:  They shipped right away in both occasions and provided good tracking number. 

What good is fast shipping if you are shipping out something the customer didn't order?

If you are reading this .... understand that you take a chance of getting the wrong product with these guys.  Is it a fluke, a rare occasion?  I don't know because this is my first and last time ordering from them.

I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the excellent service at BeachAudio.com. I purchased a new, factory sealed Furman Elite 15-PFi, normally priced at $600, for $375. This is an exceptional price, as is the $5.00 shipping price for a 15-pound item.

The web site was easy to manage and straightforward. My only (slight) complaint is that the Furman was not pictured on the website.  The product description was perfect, however, so there was no problem whatsoever.  Most items for sale on the site appeared to be pictured for convenience.

Following the easy on-line purchase, there was a confirmation e-mail with a follow-up shipping notice that conveniently hyperlinked the UPS tracking number for easy tracking. To my amazement, the item arrived in only two days, even with the least expensive shipping option. It was perfectly packaged (double-boxed) and arrived in perfect condition, new as promised.

The entire process was extremely quick and easy. I would absolutely choose BeachAudio.com again.

My order was filled with amazing speed, and the product arrived in satisfactory condition. They notified me when it shipped. Since I had no problems that needed to be resolved, I can't comment on any more complicated interactions, but I would certainly use them again.

i am along time user of cobra radar detectors, i try to get the most up to date within my price range . when i called cobra they inflated the price in shipping and taxes,they even told me i would have to wait to the end of april. i was able to sell the wife now on your price an haveing it in stock . thank you very much .

Beach Audio had the lowest price in the items I was looking for and provided top notch service.  Shipping was prompt and delivery time better than expected.  Further, when I had to return an item, the RMA process was also prompt, and courteous as well, even though the fact that the first item being the wrong part was MY fault, not theirs.

I will be using Beach Audio again and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Customer service relative to a defective item's replacement was wholly unacceptable. The policy of double charging the customer until the defective item is returned (with great inconvenience) by the customer is mistrusting and offputting.

Initially I had placed my Beach Audio order through buy.com. Being that it was Tuesday & I needed the product before the weekend, I selected 2nd-Day Shipping. However I just got confirmation stating that my order been shipped via Standard Shipping instead & I should receive it in 4-14 days! I tried calling BeachAudio but they were already closed. Granted they shipped quickly but dropped the ball when reading the shipping instructions. This is totally unacceptable! I will try contacting BeachAudio tomorrow (Thursday) to see if they can help resolve this situation. If they do, I will certainly update this review more favorably. If not, guess it's too bad for the both of us.

UPDATE: This morning I finally had the chance to contact BeachAudio by phone. The first thing they asked was if I had placed my order through buy.com? As it was explained buy.com dropped the ball over the instructions. Despite the fact that I need this before the weekend, they also told me there was nothing they can do. It was already shipped, & supposedly they were out of stock for this item anyway. Yeah right? This really takes the cake & I am furious!

I ordered 2 car alarm kits from Beach Audio and they were the best price I could find on the web. Shipping was free and very fast(less than 4 days to arrive) One of the alarm kits has a module problem and throught Beach Audio I was able to get a replacement with no additional shipping costs and they even paid the defective kit return shipping- now thats what I call a stand up company!!!
