These guys are amazing. I ordered an Ipod for my husband's birthday on Monday evening without choosing expedited shipping options and on Wednesday afternoon it arrived. this is my second order from this company and my experience is the same. Quick, efficient service. the website is a little disconcerting because I have to scroll down to get the content of the page, but once I figured that out, it was Ok. They were a shade higher than a couple of the competitors but I have now had two very positive experiences and that is worth a couple bucks to me! I am very happy.

I went to Beach Camera because I had read good things about their customer service, but I was sadly disappointed. Not only did they cancel my order without telling me, when I called to find out what had happened the sales representatives were incredibly rude and hostile. After multiple phone calls I eventually got the matter settled, and a customer service rep from the company called to apologize. I would be hesitant to use them again, but they did try to correct the original problem.

It's easy to buy a gift certificate, but what they don't tell you is that GIFT CERTIFICATES CANNOT BE USED AS PAYMENT for online or phone orders! I called and was told to mail (snail mail) them my gift certificate and a print out of my order! Absolutely unbelievable. I faxed my info to them as requested, but several weeks later my order has still not even been placed!

We ordered a camcorder from Beachcamera.com and their site said it was in stock. We ordered on the first of the month and it is now the 10th. I just called customer service and sat on hold for over 10 minutes. The camera is not in stock and is "suppose" to be delivered tomorrow. We chose them because of their high rating. We will not be giving them business in the future.

I was shopping for a good quality Camcorder and found BeachCamera.com! The website was informative and easy to navigate. The shopping cart process was simple and fast. Beach camera is an excellent site that is very reliable, honest and has free shipping on most of its items. I have recently bought a Canon Powershot S2 IS camera from them and the buying experience was wonderful and flawless. They said shipping will take 4-6 days and it came in 3 days. The online site is very easy to navigate and is very professional. Everything came in perfect condition. One of the main reasons why I bought from Beach Camera is because they sold my camera on the internet for the cheapest price I could find. My Canon cost me 320 dollars compared to the same camera at Compusa for 399 dollars. I analyze things to death, especially when making a purchase on the Internet. I found Beach Camera to be an excellent provider of all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase of a Canon Rebel X350D.

I was more amazed at the speed in processing my order. With in 3 hours of placing my order, I had a confirmation notice and the FedEx shipping details.

I was anticipating a 4-5 day delivery window, but was very pleased when I received my camera in TWO days!

I was nervous about buying an HDTV online, especially in light of reading some of the horror stories posted about different companies on sites such as this one and Pricegrabber. Finally I decided to go with Beach Camera and could not be more happy with my decision. I used their website to order the HDTV on a Friday and selected the free 8-10 day FedEx shipping. The following Monday I got an email from them saying the item had shipped and amazingly enough, the very next day I had it in my hands! Instead of taking 8-10 days, it only took 2! Also, I was never called by any salesperson trying to sell me more items or upsell me on the one I wanted to buy, as I have heard happens from other retailers. In short, it was a painless experience - order Friday, HDTV in my hand the following Tuesday - and would recommend it to anyone who wants to buy an HDTV online (I saved over $400 doing so as opposed to buying it from a store like Circuit City or Best Buy).

Website is very easy to browse through and all possible extra charges were shown prior to filling out any personal information, which is nice -usually websites make you register, then show your total, but not Beach camera! I ordered around monday night 9pm PST and the camera was shipped out next morning, very nice! I didn't get any phone calls from them hassling me to buy extra accessories, unlike what I read about many other online stores. I took the free 8-10 day shipping but I kinda wish I upgraded because Fedex took an entire week to deliver.. (makes sense I guess since Beach camera is located in NJ and I'm all the way in CA). the camera was delivered next Tuesday afternoon at around 4:30pm in good condition. The one week wait was brutal but I saved $30 for shipping and used that money to get accessories! Beach camera had the best overall price on the net for my Canon SD600 and it was a very successful transaction. It was my first time purchasing something here and I'm considering Beach camera as my top choice for when I make my dSLR purchase hopefully soon..

After exhaustive 6 week search for a digital camera, I ended up at Beach camera website. Beach Camera had the lowest price on a Pentax camera and offered free shipping. I was a little reluctant to order a camera via the Internet, but after reviewing their website I placed the order.
I placed the order on a Sunday evening using their free shipping service (ground shipping). I received the package at my door step on Wednesday evening the same week! Very efficient service.
As I have read about companies having people call customers' homes trying to sell them additional product, often delaying the order. This was NOT the case here. No one called me. The site has when product was packaged and shipped (that same evening can you believe that on a Sunday evening!) as well provides a print friendly copy of invoice. This is in addition to the tracking of my product.
The camera is brand new. The package came in excellent condition. I do not have a single complaint. The product lives up to website description.
I am very impressed with Beach Camera and will order from the company again. I definitely recommend them to others.
