First off let me say I didn't fill in any other survey regardless what your email said. I had good service and got the camera in excellent condition. I haven't had time to try it yet but it was packaged in factory packaging. Fed ex delivered the package and I can't say their service is the best though.

I ordered an Olympus Stylus 720 SW on a Saturday night after being told that Best Buy wouldn't match beach camera's price, which was a $60 difference. The camera was shipped out on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday. I couldn't ask for better service from an online retailer. Thanks!

FedEx Driver did not know that a TV was in the Box.- Styrofoam packaging material was broken into many pieces. TV frame was damaged [cosmetic], however, TV worked. Tried to call Beach Camera to let them know, was on hold for 30 minutes, I gave up. I was too busy to call again.

Beach Camera was GREAT and I would shop there again. I wish I could say the same about OLEVIA the Manufacturer. I have spent 5 days trying to get a user Manual for the product. Olevia does not answer the phone, the website goes down alot and they don't respond to Emails.

They give an attitude that they are doing you a favor by allowing you to shop with them. You are warned that they really don't have to accept your order and that it could be cancelled. When I called for information on the progress of shipping the two phone reps with whom I spoke seemed impatient and unfriendly. Their prices are very competitive and I did receive my order on time and in good condition.
