Horrible, horrible, horrible. For a company touting that they have excellent customer service and BBB seal of approval I had to listed to the BS for over 30m before talking to someone. Here are the facts:
05/16: Ordered a Samsung LN40A550 for $1200 and free shipping. Item was listed as in stock. Received order confirmation stating 48-72h handling time.
05/21: Called since Order was not shipping and no follow-on communication. Was told that they had trouble shipping from their warehouse and they will mark my order to expedite and ship tomorrow.
05/22: No shipment confirmation
05/23: Called and waited 30m for a CS rep. Guy was border line rude (must be getting a lot of complaints lately) when asked what my order status is. He said that they just received them and will ship out on Tuesday due to the memorial holiday. No apology. No offer to ship quicker for the lost time. Just blamed it on Samsung that they didn't deliver the order. He wasn't apologetic for wasting a week of my time. When I asked him why they listed as in stock when I order he said they had a few.
Can't trust a bunch of lying folks. So much for good customer service. Ordered at bhphotovideo.com for $50 more and free shipping. Here is the order # BN1910190 as proof that I am not just bashing.
