*I was thrilled to find the batteries that I needed at such a great price. *I was very disappointed that it turned out that my batteries were not actually available despite what the website had said. *I am happy with the customer service when they realized that I'd purchased fast shipping so probably needed them quickly. They realized the situation and took the initiative to contact me and refund my money since the items I'd purchased were not actually available. Thank you for your honesty and assistance with the process after the fact.

Out of all the places I searched for a battery for my Garmin Handheld GPS. BatteryFly.com was not only the least expensive, but a excellent selection, Great web site, and in all my experience of on-line ordering...........the fastest and most complete follow-up supplier on the net. It would be a mistake for anyone to pass up this quality company!

I didn't receive my charger in the estimated time given. After I emailed to find out what the delay was, I was told that the item was backordered and they chose not to notify me because they "would be receiving [they're] shipment any day". All in all, the package came a day late so it wasn't a huge deal, but I foud it incredibly frustrating that I wasn't notified of the delay. I may, or may not purchase from here again.

I searched several web sites for the AC adapter. BatteryFly's price was exceptionally better than ony other's, and I was sort of skeptical at first (because of the difference in price from all other sites), but I went ahead and took the chance on BatteryFly. The AC adapter was not in stock when I ordered, and Zach Olsen kept me informed regularly and quickly on the status of my order, which I thought was great.
