Sadly, it appears that it's unsafe to rely on anything they say or picture on their site.  I got a hit for their site when searching for a "hi-capacity" version of the Samsung cell phone battery A660 - they had a photo of the hi-capacity version, described it as "Hi-Capacity" and as "Format:  Extended" and so I sent them the $21 including shipping.  First they played games with the shipping time.  Then I finally received the wrong battery - they sent me the standard A660 replacement battery NOT the "hi-capacity"  and then they refused to send me the battery I bought.  Same day, online on eBay, I had bought the same standard battery for $7.50.  Turns out THEIR "parent company" has registered "Hi-Capacity" as a trademark (so they can calim it's just a brand name and not a description?) and that they've had 16 BBB complaints filed against them - it's now 17

Aside from the initial confusion which I later cleared, I had to return the first order (wrong fit for my phone) and reorder the correct one...but the process was easy, simple.

The shopping was fine. I found however, that the battery wires wereslightly short and it was a little difficult to seat the batteries in the phones.

First Battery received was damaged. But I called and was taken very good care of. They shipped me a new battery and it arrived in perfect condition. They gave me a return UPS number and I returned the damaged battery. Excellent service! Would buy again because, if there is any problem, I am convinced the company will make it good. Thanks, Joe

I too was a bit skeptical, not necessarily in regards to this store, but mainly in regards to buying a "Generic" universal battery. Well after finding the battery I needed at less than a 1/3rd of the cost elsewhere I ordered the battery with the $2 super saver shipping. Upon completion of checkout I was given an estimated arrival date that was 16 days in the future. A bit long but there was no real hurry. I am in NY they are in California and 4 days later the battery arrived, not 16 days. The battery looked like a high quality battery and upon trying it, it fit right and has worked great since. Overall a very positive shopping experience and I know where I will be ordering all my batteries in the future. I recommend them to anyone looking to save some $ without sacrificing quality.
