Picture of product on Web Site did not match what the battery actully looked like. This caused me to have to call the toll free number for clearification. After very helpful service via the telephone the attendant then instructed me to place my order via the Web Site.

The good that I've ordered is arrived in 1 month (I live in Italy). Unfortunatly the battery was locked in Linate Airport for inspection, and they call me after another month. Now....I have my battery....THX to everybody Pier Giacomo Vallana

Product was in stock. Moderate delay (2 weeks) to receive the order. However, a part of the delay may have come from the canadian customs who charge the sales tax. Very prompt reply to an e-mail.

After placing order for two replacement batteries I realized the main station also required a battery. Went back on e-mail to company and asked them to increase my order from two to three and they refused. Their answer was my order had already been shipped. I checked the status of my order on line and it had not been shipped. It might have been in progress in their system but I feel a good customer oriented company would have tried harder to meet my needs. Therefore I will not buy from this company again. Their are other companies im sure who want my busines. Thank You, Bob Bender

I received my merchandise ahead of the scheduled delivery date. The battery charger came in a few days without the batteries. I emailed customer service and received an answer very quickly that the batteries were shipped seperately and that I should receive them soon. I got them the next day. The product ordered has not shipped after a one month wait. The estimated ship date contiues to slip to the right. A phone call to Customer service did not get an answer. They plan to call back when they have an answer.
