When i placed the order online there was no where to sign up for the 6mo pmt plan. So i ordered the product online ant then called cust service to have them put me on the payment plan. They to me i would have to supply my s.s. number to do this. This did not make sense, because they had my basspro shop reward cc number to bill to. Then i was told i could have it billed to my credit card all at once. I was very mad at this point and told her to cancel my order. had to finally order it again and did not want to go through the hassle again, so just put on my credit card. I am a very good customer to basspro. i spend alot of money at the store at sugarloaf,ga and online.

When ordering a rod and reel combo, I paid for 2 day air delivery. Of course, this was an extra cost. The reel came as expected but the rod did not arrive until the following week. When the customer rep was contacted they stated that we might be able to get our extra shipping price back but we never heard anything from anyone. It was made clear to the rep that we were not happy with the delay. I think someone should follow this and ensure customer satisfaction. Dorinda Dew

Shipments to Canada are unacceptable. There was no way of tracking my purchase. I actually had to leave on vacation without the items I ordered. It had been three weeks since the order was placed. I also think that the Canadian outlet should be able to ship merchandise if shipping accross the border is such a hassle. This would also save me any unecessary duties to be paid if and when I get the products!!!

Shopping was great. The way they ship was very poor. They used to use UPS but now the USPS who takes twice as long to get your order. You can get it faster if you pay a processing fee to get it out of their distribution center quicker. When I worked our company tried to ship the same day the order was received. Cabelas does this when I order and I get my merchandice in One day. Bass rpo takes eight day at the minium. Thanks Robert A. Hill Jr. Williamstown WV.

The reel, I purchased most have been returned or an open box. The reel box seal was broken and the reel had a minor scratch on the frame and missing items in the box. I ordered it to fish a tournment, it arrive two days before the event. So I did not want to return the reel before the event. The reel worked great, but I had go throught the manufacturer for missing items. I hope that the bass pro shops better check their open boxes and returns for quality reasons. Thanks, John
