it's a helpful site! and the books are almost always in stock.sometimes the website is alittle slow. deilvery time is about average. costomer service could be better.

I ordered one book one October 22, and choose the standard shipping. BIG MISTAKE! I was told from barnes and noble that the item had shipped on October 23 and that it would arrive in 3 to 8 days. LIARS! I just got the book yesterday, November 12. I called the post office to ask what took so long and they told me that barnes and nobles didnt ship the book until November 5. I couldnt believe a name as high as barnes and noble would have such horrible service. If you want your book sometime this month, do not shop here.

I have been shopping regularly with B&N on-line now for a couple of years. I have never had any serious problems with them. Yes, a couple of times when ordering hard to find items there would be short delays. (A couple of weeks at most) But, as I said, this is very rare. Items are always as described, and arrive when expected almost always. I have had great experiences with their customer service. Send them a respectable E-mail, and they will send you one back. They also have an automated E-mail system that assists in explaining possible shipping delays, and has a link to track the packages on-line after they have left their location. I have shopped with them for a little over two years now, and will continue doing so in the future. Two thumbs up!

Barnes and Noble is an excellent store. I buy many books and movies from them. There estimated delivery time is usually right on the dot.
I have no trouble with them so I do not know anything about there customer service, but when I submit a question there usually pretty fast to answer.

i really like this store, because i can find any book i want, and i an sit there and read it, before i have to buy it, to make sure i even like what i'm about to buy. i've never been to the website, but i heard its very usefull.

Barnes & Noble.com is a wonderful store mostly because they have made it easy and pleasant to shop for books. Many times finding a book is laborious but in a good environment it actually is fun and you find yourself looking for more than what you came in for. More than that you always end up finding a great deal.
