I searched all over the internet to find a site that would send overseas at a reasonable rate and this was the one site. It was very easy to place my order and when my rain cover didnt come with my order I e-mailed Bargains4Babies and within 24 hours I recieved info on my raincover, that it was being shiped and it was from a real person!

The reason I chose this merchant was because of the shipping charges. It was lower than most for shipping to Hawaii. And the item arrived fairly quickly. But the price of the item was higher than others so the saving wasn't that great.
