The reason my battery arrived late was an unexpected ice storm that socked in the Eastern United States. It wasn't their fault, it wasn't my fault, and it really wasn't Fed Ex's fault. But still I received a call from the co-owner who refunded half of my overnight shipping cost. I will definitely purchase any other rechargable battery from BargainBasementBatteries.com. I got email/phone call because they couldn't ship that day, a 2 day delay to ship. so they expect a lot of themselves. during that delay I called and added an item to the order. no problem! the materials arrived intact and well packaged. the only complaint is they sent it parcel post and it took 8 calendar days! it isn't much more to send priority, honestly! Ordered a laptop and cell phone replacement battery since they had the lowest price. Received an e-mail four days later stating that they couldn't get one of the items and would cancel the entire order.
