There was an initial mistake on my billing. They charged me the full price on our bank statement, plus the back ordered item was also charged. Since it was New Years Eve, we couldn't talk to anyone, so we emailed the company. They had emailed us, telling us of the back order, and that we would be billed for items sent, and re-billed for the back order. Of course, my husband was upset. It was straightened out quickly when the company opened on Monday. The statement from the bank was corrected and no one mentioned the mistake on the companies end, it could of been a bank error I guess, no one explained what exactly happened. It was corrected, but due to the stress of it all, I would not re-order from this company. I do however, love my cuddl duds. I received the back ordered item, and am still waiting for the original items to be received. Thank you, Clydeen Murphy.

I am pretty satisfied overall. I am French, and Bare Necessities is the most convenient way (for me) to find French Lingeries in the USA. My only regret is that your stocks are too quicly limited. I often don't buy the lingeries because I can't find the matching panty/thong with the bra I like. Also sometimes, the pictures show colors that are not available. I never receive any coupons. Once in a while, I would greatly appreciate to receive some coupon. How should I proceed? Thank you! Happy Holidays to all!

the website was easy to navigate, found what i needed easily (by size, brand, and price). the only thing i had a problem with was their lack of pictures for different colored items. for one of my items, i was under the impression the bra was striped by the picture, and got mine with polka-dots. im not angry, it fits, and it's a quality bra, but it would have been nice to know what i was buying.
