Ordered a Crumpler camera bag from them. All emails were replied to in a timely manner (within hours), order was promptly shipped the same day and arrived on time, and in advertised condition. Price was right too. Would definitely use again. Their web site could use a lot of improvement, though. At first I was reluctant to order because the contact info was not easy to locate, and neither was their return policy - I NEVER order from a site unless those two pieces of information are prominently displayed. The BBB link changed my mind, and I do not regret it.

Last month I purchased a High Sierra Holmes backpack from BagsForMe.com to fit my Inspiron XPS2 17 inch laptop computer. Shipping was very very quick and I received my backpack by the end of the week ahead of when I was expecting it. BagsForMe.com had the best price and also has a very well designed easy to use website. Upon receiving this backpack I immediately discovered there was no way a 17 inch laptop could ever fit in it and contacted BagsForMe.com through their email contact to explain the situation and arrange for a return and refund. My email was replied to within 24 hours and they were very understanding of the situation and very courteous. Within 48 hours I had been given a prepaid return label so I could return my backpack to them. They also disbursed the refund in a timely manner. I really enjoyed my experience with BagsForMe.com and would highly recommend them to anyone. The purchase was quick and easy and the return was just as quick and easy--that's something you don't see often in online retailers. Thanks BagsForMe.com! I was having trouble finding a laptop bag to fit my laptop and this was the only bag website where someone was available to help me on the phone. Very friendly people. Helped me pick out a bag and got it to me two days later. Highly recommended!

I bought an Ellington briefcase during the holidays. Although the customer service center was closed for the holidays I received my order very quickly. There was discrepancy about the color of the bag ordered. Bagsforme quickly called and since it could not be determined who made the mistake and that since the customer service was closed, the offered to let me return the bag, and we split the cost of shipping. A very FAIR deal.
But this was the thing that stuck out the most. The bag had a MSRP of $236.00 as listed on the manufactures website. bagsforme.com listed the bag at $184.00!!!!! the cheaapest I found elsewhere was $210.00, no where close to as low as bagsforme.com. what a great deal. (it was so low I even called the manufacture to make sure the bagsforme was a reputable company, which they assured me it was)
