I found Bags for Me through a search engine and purchased from them because they were the only person that listed the item I wanted as in stock.
The Web site itself is easy to navigate if there is a certain product you are looking for. If you're just going in to browse, it just doesn't have enough sort categories.
Another thing that kinda of bothered me is that they listed the product as in stock. Turns out they don't actually have anything in stock, they purchase from whatever manufacturer makes the bag you want and have it drop shipped to your address. I don't mind this practice, but had I known that was the MO I would have understood why it took so long to get shipping information from them.
The amazing thing is even when I wasn't exactly pleasant at first with the woman on their customer service line, she was super helpful and got the information I was looking for as if it was, *gasp*, her job. A refreshing dose of truly awesome customer service.
All in all they had the best price for the bag I wanted, the Naneu Pro Lima. It made it to my house in four days with standard shipping, three if you allow for a holiday. Do they have the largest, coolest, most awesomest inventory? No, eBags does. Will I buy from them again? Definitely, that is if I ever need another bag, but I have a lot, so we'll see.
