This is a follow-up on a 12/17/2007 purchase. Baggage for less made good on their promises after a long wait so I would still recommend them, just double check if it's a time sensitive purchase.

Found what I wanted at very good prices and free delivery. the only problem was an web site error in the dimentions of one piece of luggage. Since they ship direct from the manufacturer, I was able to asertain the correct dimentions.

Was very disappointed in the functioning of Goggle Checkout.
All went smoothly or so I thought until I saw a Shipping Charge of $999.99. What the HELL is going on!!!! I backed everything out and tried once again and got the same results. The $10.00 discount was shown. But don't you think the free shipping charge is a bit high???? Backed all that out and made a third attempt. I placed the order through the other option (Credit Card/Pay pal). My complaint is that I got jacked out of my $10.00 Goggle Checkout discount and was offered a 10% savings on my next order of $99.00 or more. HOW DELIGHTFUL!! At the moment I am not very pleased with your company. Here's hoping the shipment will be timely and the goods of excellent quality.

Is the first time that I use your service, was a good experience, easy and fast. I just waiting to see the delivery service, at this moment I took advantage of the free shipping. I hope that this service will be fast too.

I only have a doubt, is about the secure system to buy, because always appear a window remembering that it will open a window with secure and no secure element. Please tell me if You have a secure system to buy.

What I could add to your page. is show more of the product, by instance, I wish see it inside before buy it, but I could no do it. I think this is important for the consumer

Wonderful. I read the mixed opinions here so I was leary of BaggageForLESS but since I was in no rush to get the luggage and they had the best price by far, I decided to give them a try. I ordered two bags on a Sunday and they were sitting on my porch 3 days later. Perfect.

This is the second time I've ordered from BaggageForLess and have been completely satisfied. One of my pieces did not arrive with my original order, I contacted them, and the piece was shipped and at my home within 2 days, NO questions asked. I appreciated the trust! I've now sent my parents two pieces of luggage and they are going to send one back and get a different size. Let's hope this exchange goes as smoothly as everything else has. Don't bother with this store. I ordered two identical bags,and waited 3 1/2 weeks for them to come in. When they arrived they were two very different bags, one of which was used. I brought this up to cust.svc and was told to ship it back on my own dime...Too Bad...Next time I'll really listen to these negative reviews. Wound up costing me time and money I really didn't have.

Ordering from Baggageforless has been a very pleasant experience. I knew I was going to need new luggage for an upcoming trip, but had no idea about what kind of luggage would be good for me; and when I called the customer service department at baggageforless.com the lady I talked to was so helpful! She answered every one of my questions and suggested a few different kinds of luggage so that I could really narrow down my search. After I did some more research I finally picked out the luggage that I thought was perfect for my kind of travel. I received the luggage very quickly and took it on my trip and it was everything I had hoped for. I will definitely be back to shop at baggageforless.com if I ever need anything else!!

Do NOT use this site. The web page told me the bag was in stock. I needed it quickly and ordered for fast delivery. Later that day (too late to generate another order from another site) they wrote and said that they really didn't have it in stock and couldn't get it right away.

I would never order anything from this company again!!!! I placed an order for a suitcase from this company. I went through the check out process, printed a confirmation page, got a confirmation email, then they called the next day and wanted $34 more. I consider a confirmation page and confirmation email to be a valid contract. Apparently, they don't. No one needs this kind of hassle!
