My first order from BaggageForLESS.com (Galleria Luggage), which was shipped to a hotel in Portland, Oregon, where I would be staying two nights, arrived on schedule and labelled as requested. I have now placed a second order, for a second piece of the same High-Sierra duffel, again to be shipped to where I will be staying while I am in the US.

Baggageforless made it easy to shop. However I would suggest they put more pictures with the luggage open so the shopper can see the inside of the luggage.

Was surfing for a quality attache case and found Baggage for Less. Was reluctant at first purchasing a product sight unseen. Description was accurate. They had the best prices by far on a variety of brands and models which included free postage and a first time discount. Ordering went smoothly, delivery was quicker than indicated. Winn attache case quality and workmanship exceeded expectations. I will refer website to others and will return again myself. Great experience all around.

I just ordered from Baggage for Less. The price was good compared to other retailers listed by Delsey. I have purchased a bag from the Luggage Factory in person and paid a premium compared to Baggage for Less. I guess I should checked the net first. Now I am waiting for shipment and will let you know how fast and if on time for my trip.

Update as promised - Luggage received in 3 days. Bags were nested and baggage and packaging were intact. I am extremely happy with Product, Service, and the best Price.

Fantastic experience. These people understand customer service. I had found a lower price on the luggage set I wanted and they not only beat the price, but threw in free shipping! More importantly, they worked with me to make sure the luggage arrived in time to use on my honeymoon, again no charge.

Luggage was exactly what I wanted and a terrific price. Will definitely check here first next time I am in the market for luggage.

Great customer service!!! I called today because of an issue with my order and the
person on the phone was immediately responsive, no annoying automated
menus to get through. My problem was fixed in minutes and I didn't
have to make a million phone calls to other vendors.

12/17 Hopefully all will go well with this purchase. I have been promised that the advertised free 3 day UPS shipping that showed up on my receipt, will be deducted. If this happens and the product gets here on time, and is in perfect shape, this will have been an excellent buy. I'll let you know.

Well...they called me today 12/19. The item is on back order until FEB but at least they called. We believe in extend-o-holiday at our house and it's great to get a present in bleak old Feb :-) Why do I give them an average rating and would still recommend them to a friend? Among my friends are folks like me who will go out of their way to save a buck and this is a great price!

Found what I wanted at very good prices and free delivery. the only problem was an web site error in the dimentions of one piece of luggage. Since they ship direct from the manufacturer, I was able to asertain the correct dimentions.

Was very disappointed in the functioning of Goggle Checkout.
All went smoothly or so I thought until I saw a Shipping Charge of $999.99. What the HELL is going on!!!! I backed everything out and tried once again and got the same results. The $10.00 discount was shown. But don't you think the free shipping charge is a bit high???? Backed all that out and made a third attempt. I placed the order through the other option (Credit Card/Pay pal). My complaint is that I got jacked out of my $10.00 Goggle Checkout discount and was offered a 10% savings on my next order of $99.00 or more. HOW DELIGHTFUL!! At the moment I am not very pleased with your company. Here's hoping the shipment will be timely and the goods of excellent quality.

I only have a doubt, is about the secure system to buy, because always appear a window remembering that it will open a window with secure and no secure element. Please tell me if You have a secure system to buy.

This is the second time I've ordered from BaggageForLess and have been completely satisfied. One of my pieces did not arrive with my original order, I contacted them, and the piece was shipped and at my home within 2 days, NO questions asked. I appreciated the trust! I've now sent my parents two pieces of luggage and they are going to send one back and get a different size. Let's hope this exchange goes as smoothly as everything else has. Don't bother with this store. I ordered two identical bags,and waited 3 1/2 weeks for them to come in. When they arrived they were two very different bags, one of which was used. I brought this up to cust.svc and was told to ship it back on my own dime...Too Bad...Next time I'll really listen to these negative reviews. Wound up costing me time and money I really didn't have.

Ordering from Baggageforless has been a very pleasant experience. I knew I was going to need new luggage for an upcoming trip, but had no idea about what kind of luggage would be good for me; and when I called the customer service department at baggageforless.com the lady I talked to was so helpful! She answered every one of my questions and suggested a few different kinds of luggage so that I could really narrow down my search. After I did some more research I finally picked out the luggage that I thought was perfect for my kind of travel. I received the luggage very quickly and took it on my trip and it was everything I had hoped for. I will definitely be back to shop at baggageforless.com if I ever need anything else!!

Do NOT use this site. The web page told me the bag was in stock. I needed it quickly and ordered for fast delivery. Later that day (too late to generate another order from another site) they wrote and said that they really didn't have it in stock and couldn't get it right away.

I would never order anything from this company again!!!! I placed an order for a suitcase from this company. I went through the check out process, printed a confirmation page, got a confirmation email, then they called the next day and wanted $34 more. I consider a confirmation page and confirmation email to be a valid contract. Apparently, they don't. No one needs this kind of hassle!
