After placing the order, I contacted Backcountry via email to change one of the items on the order. Backcountry replied via email in very timely fashion with indication that the order had been changed, and credited my credit card much sooner than I expected. First rate service. They had the best price on the lumbar pack and with free return shipping on orders over $50 besides. How can you beat that.
