I initially purchased a different tent that I ended up not liking. I corresponded with Backcountry for procedures in returning as well as the better alternative of tent selection. I was quite impressed with the thorough and apprent thoughfulness in the responses. Though I had found a slightly cheaper tent with another company, I opted to go with that whom I was sure had good aftersales service. Thanks for the experience.

I ordered an item that ended up being smaller then I wanted and returned it with no problems at all. I exchanged it for the size I needed with no problems and got free shipping both times. I had questions on the product and got a hold of customer service quickly and easily and they answered my questions and even went above the call of duty and talked with one of their reps. to be sure. It's nice to come across a company who runs business for the customer and not just the money. I will look here first before I buy any where else.
