The website is laid out very well. Had no problems finding the items I was interested in. The search engine is good (some sites have bad search engines and they don't understand this fustrates customers.) The product information was very thorough. The only complaint would be to have more photos of different angles of the products. The backpack only had one view of the front of the pack.

UPS charges fees for international shopping that are out of control ... no use buying something and pay the same or close to the cost on brokerage fees etc. Successful on line shopping requires reasonable shipping charges! Fed-Ex is just as bad. Ship USPS, but someone has to fill out the declaration ... will u do it? Tks

Their security checking system for credit card payment is a bit frustrating but I guess good to know they are trying to prevent fraud. At this stage I have not recieved my goods but we do live in a remote area so that is not their fault. I had to contact them by phone and the customer service was prompt, very helpful and caring. I would likely shop with them again. Their prices were the best I could find on the item I wanted at the time.

I actually recieved my sleeping back a day ealier then expected, so that was cool. I havent used it outside yet but I just had the north face flight and it was great, my friend just lost it for me. I was initially interested in purchasing a similar item (the "Mummy" style of this air-core pad, and the site seemed to show it available for purchase, but upon check-out, only a more expensive, larger size pad was in stock. It took extra time to verify this and change my selection to the other pad. However, once that order was placed, it was completed easily and the product was received very quickly.
