Shopping at Backcountry.com was a good experience. I don't normally shop online but I feel that Backcountry.com offered me a good price and easy access to what I was looking for. I would definitely shop here again as long as they come back with more stuff from Special Blend and Foursquare. Things that were there before have since been deleted from their catalog. There were some delay on credit card confirmation that Backcountry asked. My purchase was delayed more than expected and did not reached the person I was planned!!!! I sent faxes and e-mails... just on the second fax Backcountry confirmed the sales. I'm soo sad about that... The e mail when my ordered shipped was great -- gave a UPS Tracking number which allowed me to know when to expect delivery. I ordered a sleeping bag and their site said that they had 6 left in stock. After 6 days of waiting for my item to ship I finally emailed them and asked for an update on the status of my order. They responded that the item is now out of stock. I know that 2 days after my order their site said that they still had 3 bags remaining. Customer service was very unhelpful and sometimes rude.
