After placing the order, I contacted Backcountry via email to change one of the items on the order. Backcountry replied via email in very timely fashion with indication that the order had been changed, and credited my credit card much sooner than I expected. First rate service. They had the best price on the lumbar pack and with free return shipping on orders over $50 besides. How can you beat that.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I tell all my friends to go to this site and check it out. I couldn't be happier with the company and will be checking there first whenever I want to make an outdoors-oriented purchase. Excellent service. Prompt notification of shipping. I had ordered the same item from Altrec and after 5 business days it had not shipped, so I cancelled the order. They had the right product in stock, with an easy-to-use website, then shipped the order in 2 days with a 60-day trial period and prepaid return shipping document in case we didn't like it. Although Kelty is one of the best known manufacturers, finding this model and up-to-date model year proved difficult on line. Backcountry Edge had it with a discount.
