Worst Customer Service I have ever received!
In plenty of time for Christmas we ordered a remote control truck from Back to Basic Toys. The original order came on time, but was not the right order. We called the company and they promised to resend the right truck and that we would have it in time for Christmas. As it got closer to Christmas my husband and I placed 2 more phone calls and were still promised that we would receive our package on time. We were told that they were sending the package overnight. Well, you guessed it, it did not come in time. Ok, maybe we played it too close to Christmas, but that is not the end of the story. Every time you try to call customer service at this company, you are told that a manager will call you back. They never do! After repeated trys we finally got a customer service rep to send out a return label for the original truck that came to us. That return label arrived ok. We also requested a return label for the 2nd truck because it came after Christmas so we could not use it as a gift. This request could not be handled by the customer service rep but he assured us that a manager would call us back. They never did, so we had to call again and this time we were told that yes they would send a label, it will come in 7 - 10 business days. 10 days go by, no label. I call and am told to wait 2 more business days. No label. I call again and ask to speak to a manager who was very, very rude to me and told me it's in the mail and I just need to wait for it! It has been 19 days! She then refused to let me talk to her manager. Honestly, this was the worst shopping experience I have ever had!
