Everything was good. The only problem was the stroller was shipped only in it's original Maclaren box and it looked like it had been stepped on. I also noticed free shipping was for "most" products, but not mine. A disappointment, but the stroller was such a good price as was the price of the shipping it wasn't a deal breaker.

The delivery was exceptionally fast. They used ground shipping, but I received it in less than 5 days and the package came in good condition and as advertised. I did not have to pay for shipping charges or any other add-ons to the advertised price and the product was as described.

I was contacted immediately that my stroller was out of stock, however I was given a couple of different patterns for the same brand and type. Karen at customer service went above and beyond to make sure I received appropriate information about re ordering. After several e mails back and forth, she re ordered for me and shipped immediately! Ordering was a snap. I found my stroller here for $10.00 less, with no tax and free shipping...great deal. It arrived in two days. I was amazed. However I do agree, that the costumer service needs help. I tried calling a few times and got an answering service...this is not appropriate for a retail co. Would shop again.

I had a problem accessing the Yahoo tracking system. I e-mailed customer service and was provided a fedex tracking number and was able to keep track of the shipment that way. This website offers great prices with great customer service!!!

Great product, wonderful price, but there is some need for improvement. The customer service for this company would be the only major thing I would want improved. Also, the color and pattern description should be more elaborate. The stoller I got didn't match the picture on the website.

The product I ordered was not delivered in the promised time frame. I never received an email or a phone call telling me what the problem was. I had to call the service center three times to find out where my order was. The last time I called, I was promised a tracking number for my order would be emailed to me in a few days. I received the email with the tracking number on the same day I received my order, which was a week later. The selection at Baby Dealz is superb, and ordering is a breeze, but they need to keep customers better informed of where their orders are. If you want a great product at an even greater price then Baby Dealz is your place...just don't hold your breath waiting for that product to arrive.
