THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. I ACTUALLY FOUND WHAT I NEEDED AT A LOW PRICE. THIS WAS THE STORE THAT ACTUALLY HAD THE STROLLER CHEAPEST THAN ANY OTHER STORE. THE LITTLE THING WAS A MINOR DELAY DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS. I DID CALL THEM AND I WAS HELPED RIGHT AWAY AND WITH OUT A PROBLEM. I DEFINETLY SHOP HERE AGAIN.

I purchased a Peg Perego Triplette at a very low price from Babydealz. When we received it, I found out why the low price!!! The stroller arrived with all serial numbers removed from the boxes and the stroller and no user's guide. As such, there was no way to register the stroller with Peg for warranty purposes!! I called and found out they are not authorized dealers of Peg Perego and this upset me as this was not disclosed on their web site when I purchased the stroller!!

It also was really dirty and the paper towel I used to clean it came up black.

The manager tried to wheel and deal an even lower price with me, but I wanted to return it as being "not as disclosed". He let me know that upset him and that he would lose money!!! I said, Well, if it had been disclosed as not being under warranty with Peg upfront, I may have ordered it anyway, but it was not.

After many phone calls, I was able to return it for full credit, but it was a hassle.

Buyer beware!!!

Please make sure that if you're not shipping to a certain place (in my case, Guam) to not include it in the drop down menu. I was disappointed when I received an email telling me that babydealz is unable to ship to my address after I filled out the online order form.

I ordered a Peg Perego Highchair from this site, I had looked everywhere online and in shops for a particular model and color and this was the only place that had it in stock and it happened to also be the cheapest. I ordered it on a Monday evening and it arrived Wednesday !!! - the best bit was that the shipping was free!!!

Rude, unhelpful and completely unprofessional phone service. ... even after conferencing my bank onto the call with Babydealz customer service to confirm that my credit card had been charged, they still insisted that the transaction had not gone through. They would not void the transaction OR send me my purchase. Now I must go through the process of protesting the Babydealz charges with my credit card company and find my stroller elsewhere. I would STRONGLY suggest using another vendor for your purchases!!!!

I ordered a $300 stroller on September 6, 2004 and I have not received any updates as to the status. I have e-mailed them with no response. I have also called twice and have not been able to speak to a live person. I left a message and have not gotten a response that way either. When I spend that much money on something, I expect to get a certain level of customer service. I will NEVER order through babydealz again.

I was a bit leery about ordering from Babydealz since I couldn't find anything about them on bbb.org, but decided to try it based on the other opinions here. I ordered on Monday and got my stroller on Thursday. I'm still not sure where they are located (the FedEx label only says Newark) and it would be nice if they had a tracking system, but the stroller works fine and I got a great deal.

I ordered the product b/c Babydealz had the best price. I received (2) confirmation emails about the order and when it will ship. The email had a link which showed the status of the order, but the ship information never changed. I received the product in 2 days which was great, but the order still showed not shipped on-line. Two days after I received my order I received a confirmation email with the tracking number of the package. This would have been helpful 3 days prior. The product I received is great and it it shipped quickly, but the order status emails where a little misleading.

I decided against ordering because they don't offer manufacturers Warranties on all of their products. It took careful inspecting of the site to find this out. I discovered this fact while looking for the return policy. I called their number and got a gruff individual who confirmed this and informed me the product would have a babydealz.com warranty but couldn't tell me what exactly that would do for me as a customer.

Their phones were down for over two weeks and the email service I recieved was VERY poor. The product was misrepresented and they are in the process of trying to correct it but still have not seen any results. The customer service is some of the worst I have incountered.

This store is the greatest. After checking the price for this stroller at the local BabiesRUs ($349.00 + 8% tax), I decided to look online. The stroller was much less expensive so I ordered it immediately. Ordered on a Saturday night, it arrived on my doorstep by 10a.m. on Weds. Now that's fast shipping. Customer service was excellent, emailing me immediately when the order was placed and again when the item was shipped along with the tracking number. The order was accurate and the stroller arrived perfectly, just as expected. I would definitely shop at this store again for their service, products and pricing. I also particularly like the free shipping since this was a heavy item and shipping would have been expensive. Highly recommend this store.
