i knew exactly which stroller i wanted, and went with babydealz because it had my stroller for about 30% less than other outlets. and i felt comfortable doing so because of the customer ratings (i think yahoo rates babydealz as reputable). the stroller arrived a few days later, brand new as advertised. i appreciated the emails updating me on the progress of my order.

Do NOT buy a MacLaren stroller from Babydealz.com. On the official maclaren website there is a consumer advisory about babydealz being unauthorized and not having a serial number on the stroller. If you care about the warranty, and even the safety of the product, I don't recommend taking the chance just to save $10 of $15. Here's the link:

I bought a stroller the 10th of april and I haven't received it. I received no tracking number so I sent an e-mail to ask why. Never received an answer. At this moment my credit card was charged, I don't have the item I ordered, there has been no answer to my e-mail, phone contact has been impossible because they are on vacation so, up to now, a terrible experience. Great overall experience! I was a little concerned after ordering, when Babydealz didn't initially send me the tracking number for my parcel, but when I asked for it, they sent it to me and everything was great. The shipping to Canada was quick and reasonably priced and the product arrived in excellent condition. The same stroller in Canada would have cost us an extra $100. I highly recommend Babydealz!

My experience with baby dealz was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!! Could not have been better!!!! I received my peg perego 2008 pliko within 3 days of ordering the carriage and something was not in the box but it was shipped out the SAME day I called and I received that item 2 days later!! The customer service was GREAT! I spoke to someone on the phone and also received a reply through email. The color of the carriage and material was much better and higher quality than I thought and the price was great considering you can not even find that carriage anywhere else on the internet. I would DEFINATELY recommend this company and would shop with them again. It should also be noted that I am a VERY VERY picky consumer and do NOT give out reviews like this very easily..

This place is HORRID. They said they would ship my stroller 3 day to me for $20 extra. I waited and waited and got my stroller via ground shipping. I called to get my $20 back due to the fact that they state all over their site "free ground shipping" I was yelled at by a guy that said he did priority within his business and that is why I was charged $20. What a scam this place is. He agreed to refund my $20 but a month later I have stilled not seen my credit. My stroller didn't have any of the proper UPC codes on the box so this place is not to be trusted Who knows if the strollers are new or worse stolen then sold to the public. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

stay away!!!!!! I think this company is run out of a garage! seriously... the items you buy from here are NOT UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY!!!! they were returns or damaged and the manufacturers warranty is VOID!!!!! customer service is HORRIBLE! I called 15 minutes after placing my order to cancel and they still sent it. I am still waiting 3 1/2 weeks later for my $$$ back. When I did speak with a male party he was VERY rude. Pay the extra 10 dollars and get your factory warranty!!!!! Oh, and bye the way you box will alreay have been opened!!! My box was retaped and damaged upon arrival.

Babydealz offered the best price for the stroller and the diaper bag that I chose. Also the description of the stroller on their web site was very detailed. For example it clearly stated the stroller reclines fully to a flat surface and suitable for infants therefore. I could not get this information on other sites. Ordering through web site was easy, order arrived quickly and in perfect condition (by UPS).

I decided to cancel my order with this merchant after reading some really bad reviews and other information. They are NOT an authorized dealer of Maclaren strollers. I called to cancel literally 1 hour after I had initally placed my order. I was told my credit card had NOT been charged and that they would pull the order. However, the next day the charge was on my card. I called to inquire about it and was told I would have to wait 5-7 days to see a refund. None of this would have been a big deal, EXCEPT that I was lied to and told that my card hadn't been charged in the first place. Beware. I suggest purchasing from Albee Baby. The have great prices and are authorized to sell Maclaren strollers. I had a great shopping experience with them.

I had been watching the prices on this stroller for 6 months. Through countless searches I could not find it anywhere any cheaper than at Babydealz. After the New Year I expected to find it cheaper on Ebay or at a merchant like Target because it was the 2007 model. But even after the sales started Babydealz still had it cheaper by $200.00. I was skeptical...how could they offer it that much cheaper? I went ahead and ordered it. There was no extra tax or shipping charges on my payment, so the overall cost savings was incredible. Not only was it the cheapest it came in three days time via Fed Ex. The packaging was perfect as was the product. It is such a wonderful product! Thanks Babydealz!

I ordered a triple Peg Perego Stroller from Babydealz Online Store on Thursday January 24, 2008 and it came this morning, Monday January 28! I typically don't have time to write any type of review since I have three children under the age of 2 but I felt that I would have been doing the company and the mom's of america an injustice if i didn't.
I have been looking at this stroller for a long time. Waiting for it to go on sale, searching for a used one on Ebay or Craigslist. I happen to Google the stroller name and this site popped up. I checked the price and never found it any cheaper anywhere else...not even Target. For $899.00 I received a brand new Toffee colored Peg Perego Triple SW stroller. This included free shipping and No Tax! Ease of use of this site was terrific, customer service when I called to find out when it would ship was very friendly and courteous. And like i said it got here over the weekend. I would recommend looking no further if your item happens to be at this site.

babydealz can't beat any other sellers for the price. HOWEVER, THEIR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE ARE REALLY HORRIBLE!!!
I bought a baby stroller for my friend. I ordered and received it. It was good until I opened the box. When I opened the box, the box was already opened before they sent and the booklet of the instructions were torn and the registration card and the warranty card are missing. I don't even know if the stroller has complete parts in the box. In addition to these, the stroller itself is dirty and it looks like what someone returned before.
Who wants to use the dirty stroller someone used for their new born baby????
I emailed them about these issues and what I said to me is that they can send the new booklet. THAT 'S IT! After that, they totally ignore me.
I am so mad about this kind of sellers. I never ever buy any kinds of items from this seller. I prefer paying more money for the complete products instead of the dirty one with less money.
