The stroller was not available in the colour promoted on the website so I declined to order it. It is still advertised on their website as availabe--it's been a week since i orderd it. I definitely would reccomend adjusting the site as I find it unethical.
Despite the unavailability of the product the service was fair to good.

Great price (maclaren techno xlr stroller (2008 model) was $80 cheaper than anywhere else).
Stroller shipped day after order, as promised, and arrived as scheduled 3 business days later. Customer service number reached a person after 4 rings (wow) who gave us a tracking number, very easy. Before ordering, our questions were answered via email very quickly. Would recommend babydealz to all our friends. |

Their service is just awful!!!! From website info (incorrect) to phone service (if they answer). I am glad I didn't order anything and trusted my gut instinct NOT to give them a chance!!
STORY: They advised on the site they would be on vacation and would return on a posted dated...yeah right! I finally got someone on the phone (no one answered for 2 days after their return date), Mr. Personality he wasn't with his 1 word answers and strange pauses. I went on line to check reviews about them and if it was just me, if I should give them a second chance and of course, I'm not alone in my poor experience. They are a very dodgy business and they lure you in with thier low prices! Be cautious, that's all. |

BUYER BEWARE! Be careful if you choose to order from Baby Dealz. Their prices are cheap, but there is a reason. My biggest complaint with them is poor customer service and dishonesty. Check out the Better Business Bureau and you will see that I am not the only one who feels this way! Read about my experience below and learn from it. If you still choose to order from them, be on top of it because they will not notify you if your order gets delayed or completely screwed up! They also do business under the name "ABC Baby" and have a store on Ebay called "MAXOTY."
After ordering my stroller, I received a UPS tracking number, but did not receive my order when it was scheduled to arrive (a week after ordering it). I called Baby Dealz and was told that it did not even ship yet but would ship within a couple of days. I was put on hold several times and asked to call back. It was as if the person had no clue as to what was going on with my order. I called back, spoke to someone different and received a differet story. This time I was told that the stroller was backordered but it would be shipped in a couple of days and I would receive it the following week (2 weeks after ordering!). The woman I spoke with was very rude and made it seem as if I was in the wrong. I asked to speak to the Mananger and was told that he wasn't there. He called back later and informed me that the stroller was indeed backordered and he couldn't tell me when it was going to be in back in stock. This was a far cry from what I heard earlier. He asked if I wanted to pick a different color stroller and he would give me a deal. I did because I just wanted the stroller already! The stroller then finally arrived 2 days later. It took speaking to the Manager to finally resolve this situation and had I not demanded to speak with him, I would STILL be waiting for my stroller to arrive!!!

It was easy to shop on the BabyDealz website. We received the stroller very quickly. It was in perfect conditions. The only thing I would mentioned is that BabyDealz sells the Peg-Perego Pliko3 without the snack tray compared to other sites. So it was a surprise when we received it but it is not a problem because for the price they are charging we can buy 1 or 2 trays and still would have paid less.

My experience with Babydealz was exceptional. The Maclaren stroller I purchased was much less expensive than any other store and shipping was free. I received the stroller in just 2 days. We hauled the stroller to Europe and have loved it. Four months later I accidentally ran over one of the wheels of my Maclaren with my car so it wouldn't stroll anymore. I was crushed, Maclaren said there was nothing they would do because Babydealz was not an authorized dealer. I contacted Babydealz and explained the situation. Babydealz sent me a new wheel at no cost to me at all. This was clearly my fault and ended up costing me nothing to fix. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.

My order was received within 4 days. I made the purchase on thursday morning and by monday morning I received my merchandize, and because I spent more than a $100 I received free shipping. I was very happy with the quickness of the shipping and my items were brand new and free of defects. I recommend this website, they make shopping hassle free.

The worst ever!!! The sell defective items: me and my relative bought two strollers, both of which were defective!!! The offered only to repair but we paid almost $400 for the new strollers and didn't want to own "the Italian" that we repaired right after the purchase. Very disappointed! Had to file for a dispute with the help of our credit cards. Never ever would recommend!!! Doesn't look that it's real Peg Perego...

I was a little scared to order from Babydealz after reading that some strollers were missing parts and came in boxes that looked used and beat up. I bought the peg perego 60/40 double stroller on a Sunday, and had it the very same week. I got a tracking number in 2 days, and it arrived in perfect condition. I got it for $299 which was $30 cheaper than babiesrus, plus received free shipping and paid no tax. Baby dealz is the real deal. Have no fear, you can trust them!
