Consider yourself very lucky if you are reading these reveiws prior to your purchase.  I, unfortunately, didn't read up on BabyDealz before placing my order with them.  Terrible company.  This company has to be a "Ma and Pa shop" out of someone's stinky basement.  My stroller arrived without a snack tray that comes with ALL 2007 Inglesina models, and the under carriage basket arrived with a hole in it.  When I called to see if these items could be mailed out, I was told that the stroller didn't come with a snack tray because it "was a European stroller."  Huh?  That makes no sense.  I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes, then told "he" ("Marty"??) was busy and to call back.  I have called back SEVERAL times for SEVERAL days and my call gets booted right to a "full" voice mailbox.  I am sure they have caller ID and are avoiding my calls.  I have also emailed them several times and tried to Live Chat with them on their website -- no replies.  Are you kidding me?  I never knew people/companies like this existed!  DO NOT TRUST THEM -- DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.  Trust all of these bad reviews -- I wish I had read them before I made my purchase!
I plan to contact Yahoo! as well -- I am shocked that they would be affiliated with this bogus "company".
