after i placed my order, i accidentally found a ton of bad reviews on this store. i panicked and sweat it out for 3 days until my stroller arrived. from the way the other reviews sounded, i thought a total piece of junk would arrive. so far, the stroller seems to perform as well or better than the floor model i tried at babies r us. it seems to definitely be a maclaren, not a look-a-like, since the babydealz people bothered to remove the serial numbers from the box and stroller itself. other than the "buffed out" serial number - not able to be seen unless you're looking, the stroller is beautiful, and there are NO signs of use. it seems some people have recieved junk but mine looks fine. you're taking a BIG risk by purchasing from babydealz because you won't know if your stroller has been recalled due to the serial number being removed. also, they claim they will fix the stoller under their own warranty since maclaren will not honor it (they are not an authorized dealer) but who knows if the company will be in business when you need them? there's definitely something shady about how babydealz aquires their strollers, and i'm keeping my fingers crossed mine doesn't break, but it appears that i have purchased a "real" maclaren 1/3 cheaper than anywhere. so far, so good. Hoping for the best!
