The trundle box for the crib I bought had one cracked piece. I notified Baby Cribs Plus and they quickly ordered a replacement part. The rest of the order was perfect and the crib is beautiful!

Our crib was out of stock. Baby Cribs Plus sent us an email within a few days of ordering notifying us of a new expected ship date due to the delay. They did give us the option to cancel the order. The crib came almost a month earlier than the second date given and was only about three weeks later than the original date we expected to get it. I am very pleased with this company and would order again in the future.

The changing table was on a 45 day back-order. I would rather have known that at check-out than after the purchase had been made and several days had passed. The crib we received is beautiful with only one small imperfection.

two pieces were damaged and I was told baby cribs plus ordered the replacement parts on 2-1-08,as of this email still have not recieved or been notified of there shipment.It is 2-15-08 as of this writing.
