My experience with BabySakes was great. I ordered a beautiful Penny Laine Album. Ordering was simple and conventient. The estimated delivery time was more than reasonable (3-5 days). Best of all, my delivery was on time. The package arrived in good condition, with no signs of being tossed of being man-handled.
I was very happy with my purchase. The product description was accurate and the album was of very high quality. I would definitely order from BabySakes again in the future.

BabySakes.com is great site to buy baby books. They're cute and inexpensive! I believe Im getting more for my money as opposed to anywhere else. I was pleased with the variety and cost of the Item I purchased. However, they did accidently charge my credit card 3 times! I'm sure it was a complete mistake, I would say thats the only thing they need to work on. Other than that, it's a great site to shop at!

I love this website! It is now in my favorites, and I plan on doing much more shopping here! I was able to find the perfect baby memory book. I wanted a specific memory book. I didn't think that it even existed until I found it here! It was beautiful. I love it so much, that I'm going to buy another one to replace my first daughter's old baby memory book. Ordering online was so easy. I received the book when promised, and I love the fact that I was able to track my order to find out exactly where the shipment was located.

The BabySakes website was so easy to use. Great pictures of the products so you really knew what you were getting. I ordered the cutest baby album and received it so quickly I didn't even have a chance to get a lot of my pictures developed!

Not only was it less expensive for the items I wanted, but I received the items in a very timely manner. I placed my order on a Sunday evening and received it Thursday. Very well packaged too. Even though the items are not "breakable" per say, they were well bubble wrapped. It's nice to see a company take pride in getting their product to a customer in excellent condition.

I wanted a traditional Baby Book for my granddaughter and was unable to fine one at local stationery or book stores. I went online and was connected to BabySakes. What a wonderful selection! I am so glad I came across this website. I was looking for baby books and I can't believe the selection offered by BabySakes. I ordered 3 first year calendars and a baby book. I love them all. I ordered a baby book from BabySakes. I looked on several websites, found the book I wanted, and BabySakes was the cheapest. I was so pleased that when I ordered the book, I also got to choose my shipping company. I was able to track the shipment of my package online, and it arrived shortly. Although I was hesitant to order the book online, BabySakes told me much more about the book than any other site, and when I received the book, it was just what I wanted.

I searched all over for an adoption baby book and found exactly what I was looking for on BabySakes. It came pretty quickly and I was thankful for the extra layer of plastic surrounding the box because the delivery person left the package on our porch in the rain and it was SOAKED. Because of the extra plastic, the book was still in perfect condition.

I had a question about something I saw on the website and emailed to ask. I was amazed and how quickly I got a response...from a real person, not an automatically generated message!

I'll be sure to check BabySakes if I think of anything else I may need because it was definitely worth my time.

Great selection of products, and very fast shipping... unfortunately, the baby book I bought came with marks and defects; seems like it has been on a shelf for long time. Didn’t contact the store yet to request an exchange. Will post another review when I do so.

Update: After posting this review, I contacted the company, and they were really receptive about my complaint. BabySakes sent a new item at no cost without even requesting me to return the defective item I fist received… awesome customer service!

Babysakes is a great website. They had a huge selection of baby books and gifts, competitive prices, and the web page was easy to navigate. The checkout was speedy, and I had great customer service with e-mails letting me know my order had been processed and shipped. In searching tons of different websites for the right baby book for my daughter they definitely had the best selection and prices. After my daughter was born, they had the best selection of keepsake gifts to commemorate all her special milestones like hand print and foot print kits, first tooth, baptism, etc. I have already recommended this site to several of my friends who are parents.

So far my experience with Baby Sakes, on line has been excellent. The delivery speed is right on and the order accuracy is very good.. Your Internet site is very easy to use and very reliable. I have found my experience to be very enjoyable and I would definitely order again from your company and recommend to friends and family. The customer service has been great. I asked a question through email on Friday and by Monday my question was answered and I was very satisfied. No lingering or having to wait for someone to get back to me. My shopping experience with BabySakes has been great! All of the interactions have been friendly, helpful, and speedy! I got answers to my questions seconds after I e-mailed the. My order arrived promptly (even during the Christmas mailing rush). Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the item I ordered, and wanted to return it. BabySakes allowed me to return it with ease. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been if they had reimbursed the shipping and handling costs. That would make buying from them completely risk free. I understand that shipping and handling costs are rising daily, but I love shopping from stores that take care of these for their customers. I was looking for baby memory books. This web site has a huge number to select from. Prices are so so, and postage is on the high side. However, this site enabled me find books that I couldn't find locally and with the price of gasoline, it was cheaper to pay postage than drive all over trying to find a book I wanted.

I order products online often and typically go for the cheapest price I can find. When I had my first baby, I wanted a special baby memory book but couldn't find anything in local stationery stores. I found this site and was really impressed with the product choices. I chose one of the lower priced books from the site and was SO impressed with the quality that I had to write a review.

My order was handled very quickly, it arrived faster than expected, I had to ask a question and I received an answer the same day from customer service. Overall, this was one of the best online shopping experiences that I've had in a long while (and I purchase a LOT online).
