Terrible customer service and misleading information on the site.

My shopping experience on this site was DREADFUL. I bought a Haba walker which was marked on the site as "in stock", with the added note that if I purchased it by 3pm it would ship out the same day.
Several days later, I noticed that I didn't have a tracking number when I logged on to my account. So I called customer service...and got an answering machine. I left a message, which was not returned. Two days later, I called again. A surly woman told me that the Haba was, in fact, out of stock. When I asked if I could cancel the order, she said Yes-- and then she hung up on me. When I called back (I assumed that we had just been disconnected) she barked at me. Very unpleasant! I would not recommend this site to anyone. |

Horrible! 3 days after placing my order I was notified that the item I had ordered was not available. This, after receiving an email confirming my order.However, they did have it in lime green or turquoise - the stroller I ordered is not manufactured in those colors!! I called customer service and was told the item they were referring to was a completely different stroller! The C/S rep was very rude and sarcastic.
I would never shop there again - even if it was half the price and free shipping. Would tell everyone to save yourself the time, frustration and headache. Just shop elsewhere. |

We bought a product that we later didn't need, so tried to return it. Two phone calls, an online form, and two emails later, they won't take it back although it's unopened and unused. They had "no record" of the first attempt to return that was within the (short) time frame stated. The few dollars you might save aren't worth the hassle of dealing with this unscrupulous company!

Shipping was delayed and this was unacceptable to me, based on needing the product ASAP, so I had to cancel the order. It was very difficult to get a hold of customer service (by e-mail and phone) but once I did, the service was prompt and courteous.

Standard...good (low) prices and fair photos, fair description, etc....not a good starting point (the site) due to lack of details and lack of photos, but good, price wise and shipping cost wise (I already knew exactly which model of jogger I wanted so I chose to purchase from this site after doing extensive research on other sites w/more detail on the product; this was the best deal). Would recommend further detail on products.

I had to contact Baby Ride both by phone and email. The interesting thing was as soon as I contacted Baby Ride I was told they would check on it. Then I immediately heard that the wagon was on the way. In checking on the Fed EX site I knew it didn't leave until I contacted Baby Ride. I was expecting the wagon to be shipped 3-5 days after my order. My last time I ordered anything from Baby Ride it arrived in less than a week. The wagon took over three weeks.

I ordered a $189 Phillips Baby Monitor. My credit card was charged immediately. I contacted customer service numerous time to find out the status and was told it was no longer in stock and should ship within 5 to 7 business days of my order. After 3 weeks and still no monitor, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. It took three demands of the return of my money for it to get fulfilled. Would NOT shop from again.

The slide was delivered in a timely manner, but unfortunately was defective. I spoke with a BabyRide representative and she told me to contact Aviva to get some king of number for replacement. While Aviva was nice on the phone, they really did not respond to my e-mails in a timely manner. After a week or so, I called back BabyRide and spoke with Carmen. She was great - told me exactly what to send in to them and she promptly sent out replacement product. I received the new cosmic slide yesterday & will set it up for my grandkids this weekend.
Let's hope this one has no leaks.

Wonderful product(Kettler 6-sided playpen) at the best price I could find. No shipping cost and no tax. My only minor gripe is that I did not receive a tracking number with my e-mail confirmation. I wrote to customer service and did not receive a response, but my playpen arrived the next morning so it was not a problem.

My wife had been looking for this stroller for some time and had only found it at Wal-Mart.com She order the first time and the package was mangled and the stroller was broken. After the return and second order they shipped the wrong item. Tremendous hassle!!! I found you through a google search and it was an excellent experience. I'll be back and shop some more. Thank you.

The shipping costs to Hawaii was ridiculous, it cost more than the item I wanted to purchase. When I received the email with the total cost of the item, per Baby Ride, they said they would follow up with an email regarding the order, but they never followed up. After receiving their updated invoice (different from the one I received on their site), I told them I did not want the order with the extensive shipping cost.
