A HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE

A HORRIBLE experience! Not only were the customer service reps unknowledgeable but at times very rude. I placed my order on April 28th; on May 1st I received an email from them stating that the item was not available to ship until May 12th. Ok this was upsetting but I could deal with it because sometimes these things happen. May 12th came and went and I did not receive a tracking #. So on the 13th I called them and the woman I spoke with made light of the situation by stating to me with a chuckle that it was only one day and that it could take as much as 48 hours to update that information. So I waited until the 16th to call again. The woman I spoke with this time told me that an order had just been received and that my purchase was in this order and it would ship that day or the latest on the 19th. At this point I am very frustrated and annoyed, but I wait most patiently and the 19th comes and goes with no tracking #. I call again on the 20th only to be told by the woman she was not sure what was going on with my order but she would get right on it and call me back within the hour. Well that whole day came and went with no phone call. On the 21st I placed yet another call to Babyride. The woman I spoke with was apparently the same woman that I spoke with the day before because she immediately told me that she had not heard back from the company. She put me on hold and ten minutes later returned and told me my order was shipping out to me directly from the company in California!! And I should receive the tracking info no later than the22nd. What happened to the order they �€œsupposedly�€ received on the 16th in New Jersey? Now I was being told it had to come from California! I again wait as patiently as I can to see what happens. The 22nd came and went with no tracking number. So on the 23rd I call again only to find that they now have an automated answering service which prompts me to leave a message for customer service! At this point I am furies and fed up! Then at last on the 23rd I receive a tracking number. It did not ship on the 21st like she said it would but shipped out on the 22nd from California with an estimated receive date on the 29th. So it took a month for me to receive my order. I am no expert on e-commerce, but a month to receive my order is unacceptable!!!! This was my first and last time I will do business with Babyride. I am writing this to hopefully save someone else from going through such a horrible experience.
