Horrible, horrible experience!!!! I know my review will not stop others from shopping here because they do have good prices - although most of the prices you can beat easily from amazon or other online retailers. After spending about 4 hours picking stuff out online with my wife we get to the checkout page - our total was over $1500. We are Canadian but we have a shipping address in the states where we've bought from dozens on online stores. So they even have postal code and province on their checkout forms - but alas after trying multiple times with our credit cards - tried 3 different ones - none worker. So we call their customer service and ask can you help - simple answer No. Sorry we don't do international orders. But why do you have a space for province and postal code is my response? Umm, ya I don't know. Can you show me where it states you can't process international credit cards?(2 of our cards are actually american banks). Response: Uhm, no its not in the site. So our business goes to Amazon.com instead. could have saved myself 4 hours. So to all you Canadians out there DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!.Thanks
